      I was charged $9.95 shipping and handling at the tine of purchase. There was no mention of any additional international duty charges. Today I received a bill from *** for international shipping charges of $42.81. ******************.

      Trashy. They sold me shoes with a HOLE in the heel and only offered a measly 15% discount for the defect. You would think a retailer that sells so many luxury items wouldn't dare sell an item in anything less than new condition. Sad because there is no option for an exchange as it's the very last item in my size and I really like the design. Stingy, untruthful and unhelpful.

      This company is unbelievable I sent back 3 items and got refunded for 2 I called and they said they have a few more days to refund it takes 3 to 7 days the items were in 1 box and were all taken out and processed and they only refunded 2 and not all 3 makes no sense this is insane the worst customer service and supervisors they need to be closed down for there. unprofessional customer service.

      Terrible customer service. Place order on June 27th, the order did not ship until the 4th day, so I tried check status. A manager named "Nij" called back, her tone was aggravated, she kept talking over me raising her voice and interrupting while I was trying to finish sentence. She even accused me if I was hoping for a discount!!!! Extremely insulting. Disgusting service. Have been shopping from them more than 10 years now, but they have absolutely no respect for a royal customer.

      I am surprised by all of the angry feedback on here. I have a LOT of experience with ****'s customer service department and in general I have found they do a pretty good job. They do not always get things right and when they do not it is inconvenient and time-consuming, but that is not usually the case. And I have never found them to be dishonest.One thing that has happened to me more than once which has wasted a lot of time and I wish they would fix is that I buy something from Yoox which is not marked "Final Sale" at the time I purchase it, but after I have received it if it is damaged or the website description is inaccurate, it has retroactively been designed as "Final Sale" so I cannot return it easily. Then I have to speak to a manager, explain the situation, the manager can verify I am not making this up, and I can return the items. Still, that should not keep happening, and if I have experienced it more than once I am sure many others have as well.

      On 11/26/2023 my husband ordered a bag for my birthday: SEE BY *********** a tracolla code with price of 480$ + tax 31.80$. Total amount - 511.80$.We received this bag in the middle of December. After only a few times wore the corners of the bag are worn and discolored. On the beginning of February I start sending emails to YOOX customer serves with the pictures of damaged bag asking them to send me money back due to 1.They advertised as authentic 2.they used bad quality leather.At the beginning of February I connected to YOOX customer service. They asked me for pictures and I sent them there but after numerous email exchanges they refused my claim for a refund or exchange. The problem is that this bag became damaged as I stated after few times I wore it. I have lots of bags but this kind of experience I have for the first time.I would like to have my money back, because it does not reflect the their claim of a good quality product.Please help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible.******************

      Thieves! **** sent me a ripped dress and a jacket instead of a dress. They argued with me about returning these items, trying to get me to keep the items for a 15% discount. After many phone calls and emails, they finally agreed to the full return and stated that they had refunded **** had sent back a different order at the same time, which they refunded. YOOX lied to my credit card company, stating that the refund (for the previous order) was for this order. They kept the second return of two items AND my money!The credit card company should have been able to figure this out because one order was for $268.30 (which was refunded) and the second return was for $98.49. Both of these orders are the exact amounts on my credit card, it should not have been confusing at all, since I sent my credit card company BOTH shipping labels, BOTH proofs of the orders and returns.YOOX tricked my credit card company into not giving the refund they had promised to me!
