      I bought a coat ($51) Italian size 40. They sent me the wrong size (46). When I asked for a refund, they informed me there will be "'an extra $3.00 discount" if I wanted to keep the coat. I questioned what this term meant. Nobody answered. A couple of meaningless emails later with different reps, the same person suggested a refund of the 5% price adjustment from the price you paid for the product by keeping it." This was all confusing to me. When I asked for a refund in full, they thought I wanted to return the coat. Then they sent me their return instructions. Notably, it says I have to pay for the shipping. Why do I have to suffer for their mistakes? Don't buy anything from them.

      I was a long term customer of Yoox, but hadn't purchased from them since 2018. Recently I purchased a ****** ***** wristwatch from them. From the get go there were problems with tracking and getting clarity about delivery. Since I am in the process of moving from ******** to ****** my time is limited and I needed to know these specifics. When I finally received the watch it was not functional. It looked nice, but it simply did not work. ****'s response when I inquired about a refund was to have it serviced for watch repair and they would refund me 15% of the cost of the watch for the repair. This was so absurd and offensive that I chose to not respond. Rather, I informed my credit card company and they were incredulous as well. I sent my credit card company the email with ****'s 'solution' so as to process a credit on my card. I will never purchase from them again.

      On July 25, I received an order confirmation of the purchase of US$847.98 (CA$1,123.93) from YOOX which I had never placed. Also I found my **** account was charged the same amount. I realized I was scammed. I reported about this fraudulent to **** right away. I also sent the email, and called YOOX the same day and asked YOOX to stop the shipment to the unknown ******** address shown which was given by the scammer and to make sure not to charge to my ****. The customer support agent told me that it would be reported to their team in charge.On July 27, two days later, YOOX sent me the shipping confirmation! So, I called YOOX again to stop the shipment to the address given by the scammer and not to charge to my ****. The customer support agent told me that it would be reported to their team in charge.On July 28, My trust to YOOX was completely betrayed. YOOX had done exact opposite of what I asked... From now on, I will call their customer support team as SCAMMER SUPPORT TEAM.

      I ordered a pair of Tricker's Stow Full-Grain Leather Brogue Boots. They cost $640.00. The company sent me the wrong size shoe. I also paid an additional $15.00 for next day shipping. It stated that I if your order was done before 4pm est. it would be shipped out. I ordered my shoes on the July 14, 2022, at 2:44pm, and didn't receive them until July 16, 2022. They claim it was due to the high volume of orders. Today is July 21, 2022, they've received the shoes I returned, I still haven't been refunded my next day shipping. I asked to speak to a manager when I called at 12:30 today. I called back at 6:28 pm because I hadn't gotten a call from a manager as promised and still wasn't able to speak with one. I was told by another customer service rep that she's going to have a manager call me. When inquiring about your order, the reps, can only send an email and you have to wait 24hrs, in order to get a response. I mean so, you spend a couple of hundred dollars with a business that has no ability to handle customer service correctly. They absolutely **** at it. I mean they send me the wrong size and I'm being punished for it.

      Their customer service defiantly went down nothing , they massed up my both orders this June.I receive a worn, torn ******************* dress that was worn and stunk like a body Oder on June 13 and now June 29th they sent a ***** crop tank instead of Valentino Gold tone pearl **** ...]Was on hold for 15 min to finally talk to Manager which did nothing for me.....Really bad service....have no desire to spend money again and not recommend it , not worth the headache

      Yoox.com used to be great. Don't know what happened but Yoox.com sends me damaged goods nearly 98% of the time. Forget about their customer service to resolve any issue as it seems I'm speaking to an uneducated third-party person. My account is being closed and I'll never be a customer again.
