      At one time, this company analyzed its products for vitamin E and lots of other nutrients. But now, it analyzes only for what the Food and ******************* requires - which are vitamin D, calcium, iron and potassium. Apparently, this company no longer feels that health-conscious individuals have the right to know what vitamins, minerals and other nutrients there are in KIND products - especially the hard-to-find nutrients such as VITAMIN E that can be a real challenge to get enough of from diet - unless you SEE IT ON THE NUTRITION FACTS LABEL. Apparently, this company doesn't realize (or even CARE) that there is a national epidemic of Americans who are deficient in vitamin E??? There are other food product manufacturers (such as ****** - the makers of the generic product line ************** Nut Bars") who are STILL ANALYZING THEIR PRODUCTS FOR VITAMIN E AND OTHER NUTRIENTS. If THEY can still do it, then SO CAN THIS COMPANY. The last time I spoke with someone at this company (a couple of years ago) I was told that whatever information was initially reported on the nutrition facts label was still accurate because the product recipes are still the same as before. But what if they decide to change the recipes at some point in the future??? I will have no way of knowing whether or not the product STILL contains vitamin E - will I?????
