    We went 3 times to *** with all the papers for the **** and they always find a reason to sent him back and told my son in law that he needs to make another appointment witch it is very hard to get it instead of follow the instructions that they have in their office that if you missed any paper you can email or fax to them. They try to make this **** impossible we have to cancel the trip to ****** and all our vacations plans we spent money and time and the way that the personal in the office and by phone treat the people it is unacceptable I called ************ I spoke with *** ***** she tells me a lot of lies and then she told me to sent an email to ************************ and I sent more than 4 emails and never answer back to me. I need the embassy from ***** and the consulate knew about this sad situation because people it is afraid to report.
