    This company ripped us of money overcharging for ************* application. As Belarus citizen I supposed to pay 35 euros according to ** directive. Instead, I was charged 80 euros. All my letters and explanations were ignored. I want to seek refund of overcharged fee and monetary compensation.

    On July 5, 2023, I initiated contact with BLS inquiring about the possibility of scheduling an appointment for a **** application in preparation for an upcoming trip. I was advised to monitor the website regularly due to potential cancellations or openings. Despite diligently monitoring the website, no appointment slots became available until the final week of July when the August dates were released. Consequently, I successfully secured an appointment for August 1, 2023.Regrettably, unforeseen circumstances, including an emergency involving one of my patients, caused me to arrive late for the scheduled appointment. In an attempt to communicate this genuine reason, I encountered discourteous and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Despite my explanations, the staff opted to cancel my appointment, disregarding the absence of other scheduled appointments and the proximity of my travel date, which was scheduled for August 17, 2023.Subsequently, I managed to secure another appointment on August 10, 2023. However, my experience was once again marred by unwelcoming behavior until I firmly insisted on receiving assistance. This experience has been further exacerbated by the fact that despite having paid additional fees, the service provider committed to delivering the **** within seven days. Regrettably, I was forced to cancel two flights due to the **** processing delays, and the call center representatives have failed to provide coherent information about the situation at hand.It is evident that the organization's level of professionalism and competence in handling ****-related matters is lacking. My encounters with the company's representatives have left me with a highly unfavorable impression, and this entire experience ranks as one of the most distressing encounters I have had.
