    I started ******** three months ago. I picked up the prescription and it was $24.99. ******* says they didn't apply any coupons and the amount you charged was this, and so I didn't need to call your company. April, ******* lets me know the amount is $652. I call your company and am told that may be with a coupon because you've billed $1055. same as you did in March. I explained that in March I paid $24.99 and have the texts proof from *************** then helped with a coupon, and I paid $136 for April. I called your company and was told there are individual and family deductibles and neither were met. It would be $1055 per month until I met that then you would graciously cover 50% which would be $548.20. This is ridiculous and disappointing to say the least. I cannot comprehend these amounts. I've had wrong information given from your company too. I was told today to file an appeal to for a reduction in cost. However, my doctor's office said they only file appeals when it's been rejected. At $1055, it seems it is rejected.After round and round of numbers being throughout in conversation and transferred many times. I got you're not covering anything until I reach $4600 and I'm about $37 from that, then you'll cover the 50% which is $548 which is still crazy talk to me and it needs to be lowered. I need definite answers from them.

    Doesnt cover rx, very high copay which is not in the description of coverage I paying for nothing stealing my money

    his company is TERRIBLE!! They will not let you get refills on medications you need for your HEALTH, they will make you call in every time just to get an override because they don't care about the health of their clients. I called to get an override on my mounjaro, and tell me why it's taking longer than the phone call to have an override placed when i am CLEARLY out of medication? This company should be investigated for unethical practices, and they are terrible. I demand that they place on override on my mounjaro 12.5 mg, because the longer it takes the more it's a risk for MY health. I had to miss a dose this week because the supervisors and staff are incompetent and don't know how to place overrides or even REMOVE THE BLOCK I HAVE ON FILE FOR MOUNJARO!! very disappointing to see a PBM act this way. ************** who does not wanna pay for your medications that you NEED for your health. I had OPTUM RX last year and I am so disappointed that my insurance company switched to this fraud of a company, capitol rx. I have also heard nothing but terrible things about this company. hopefully my insurance switched back to capitol rx.
