    Won a prize, uploaded correct documents for prize, company waits for maximum time then claims proper documents werent uploaded and refuses to pay $150 prize.

    We had problems with the winners' interface when we switched to the new version of ********

    However, all this was resolved and after verification, your prize of $150 was sent to you on February 5 via Stripe.

    This company is a scam! They are stealing people's money and not paying out the winnings. I believe this might be some type of child *********** or *** trafficking ring. They have refused my refund and have rejected the $800 prize money I won fair and square. It is also rigged and it bumps certain children to the top which are probably fake profiles to knock down real contestants, which is not fair. It also declined my last payment because the contest ended just as I was making another purchase and they still took the money and didn't give the votes obviously. They need to be stopped and shut down. I want my Money back or my prize money and they aren't helping with either, please my daughter is a diabetic I entered this contest to help pay for her medicine. We were in third and in the last second dropped to 5th which is insane as I was buying more votes. Please help me get my money back!! I would be so grateful!!

    Playground deleted all profiles with no explanation and no response.. ****** plus lost . They refuse to re-open account .. just took the money and closed account .. fraud and scammers ..

    I entered my baby in the contest from 09-28-23 to Oct 19th 2023 and she placed 1st for state of NM and 35th for world. She won $250.00 and I've submitted in all requested documents on the day she won in a timely manner, I click on "Receive my prize" and my bank information. I have not received her prize yet so I resubmitted in my documents yesterday 11-02-23, and contacted the company by email and they confirmed they still have not received my documents I explained to them I've submitted in my documents. They deleted my bidiboo account without my authorization and now I can't log back in. They removed my daughter profile. I still have not received my prize this is very disappointing because we had family and friends buy votes that was well deserve for my daughter!! This company scammed me!!.

    The company blocked me from free votes after I was already in the contest allowed me to purchase votes for myself and others and I won a prize of $1000 after spending **** and my account got deleted I sent them an email and the said I deleted my account and my prize also got deleted. The now refuse to answer my emails. The have fake contestants jump to first place at the end of game and win the grand prize rheya re scammers. Scamming people out of thousands of dollars

    Play ground simply needs to be shut down!!!! they prey on people who love there kids, cats, dogs and probably frogs you pay out thousands of dollars for a rigged contest that you will never win at the end you can watch a bot come out of no where just going to the top faster than you can even buy votes. They really need to be stopped checked and really be made to give people their money back this is like a hate crime its out right fraud I dont see how the bbb has not stopped them with all the complaints Racking up stop them please. Its more than just spending the money its truly a crime they are committing no one wins but them you may get a fraction back of what you put out but nobody ever wins and its sad

    We also remind you that buying votes is optional. It's possible to win a contest by simply asking your friends and family on social media to vote for you.

    By doing this, many of our members have won without ever spending a dime.

    My Daughter ranked 14th place in ******* and 2nd in ******** Me, my friends and Family bought votes we spend over $800.00.and now to claim my daughters $500.00 price you require Dr. **** bank account birth certificates! I would like out money back! Plus the winning price.

    I have been charged about $4000 since June. I never signed up for any of your sites and need this money refunded immediately.

    I entered into a contest for *********** and it told me I won $150 and I put in my bank information and nothing has been sent. Im afraid Im going to get hacked and that it was a scam. In the photos you can see how many people spent money on votes. And you can see how much votes cost. Im not even worried about my prize money. But more of not getting scammed and getting the other people their money back.

    On September 5th I made 2 payments of $359.99 to Bidiboo.com playground company. My daughter placed 1st in the state and 9th in the world. She received a $500 payment from bidiboo after I was forced to send hers and my information or we would get no payment. A week later on the 14th of September my card was charged 8 times on the same bidiboo.com. I called my bank asap to stop payment and filed a claim, they did and sent out a new card. On the 16th this company was able to charge my new card for 8 more payments on my ****** pay. Called my bank again to dispute these charges, now I'm mad at my bank for allowing this. They deleted all my information from ****** pay and sent out a new card while they investigate. Last night 09/19/2023 this company was able to force another 8 payment and my bank couldn't understand why..I contacted the claims department again today and removed my money from the account while they figure it out.
