5 starsI left a message on the help line and was called back within the hour. Young lady was very friendly and patient with me on the phone. I am taking a medication which is very expensive to me and this aid will be of great help. I am awaiting the paperwork through the mail and if everyone is as helpful as the young lady I spoke with it will be great. I was so happy to find this web page and after reading through what Simplefill does for people who have to take a medication that cost way to much to afford. I signed up online immediately. I received a call from their representative ******* *. within two days. She was so helpful and friendly. She explained everything on what I would need to do, which seems very easy. The monthly fee of $45 is what they require (which is minimal) compared to the $400+ that I would have to pay without their help. I was so overwhelmed and stressed about how I was going to pay for my medication until I found Simplefill. Thank you for exciting and helping people like me.Simplefill, Inc.

I am taking a medication that is costly and learned that I will have to start paying 25% of the costs rather than $47 every 4 weeks like I have been doing. I made a call to Simplefill, left my ***************** name and received a call back in less than 24 hours. The good news is I qualify and will receive my medication at no cost with a monthly fee. This is an answer to prayer.Simplefill, Inc.

I spoke to ******** over at Simplefill on 09/19/2024. What stood out to me was, she did exactly what she said she would. I was having a very hectic day scheduling all of my dad upcoming appointments and there was one more thing I needed to complete which was completing the process to be able to receive a discounted rate for his Trelegy Ellipta. The conservation lasting about 15mins and in that time she showed empathy while listening to my concerns. The order was placed and I was able to ask about another high priced medication, and even though she couldn't help, she went the extra mile to offer to information on someone who might be able to assist. ******, I know I said thank you before but, please understand you are changing lives with this job and we appreciate you more than you know. An excellent, well-organized ESSENTIAL service for many Americans who HAVE (in my case) ************* but the co-pays are prohibitively expensive. These folks pick up the phone 1-2-3 & help you 1-2-3. Yes. You have to fill out an application & verify your income to be considered for a grant. But it's simple. Simplefill has covered my co-pays for an expensive medication for three years now. Thank you. Grateful!Simplefill, Inc.
