      I won a court judgment against this landlord in March 2025, as ordered by the Civil Court of the City of ********. Despite repeated outreach and providing all relevant documentation, the landlord has failed to pay or respond in any meaningful way.I have made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably. To date, no payment has been received, and I have been forced to consider enforcement actions.This lack of accountability is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I urge others to proceed with caution when dealing with this individual or any affiliated property management entity.

      This company does not respond to residents and has a 3rd party answering system for emergencies. They did not address a homeless man living in our building, said that there would be laundry installed in the building, refused to put the heat on until mid-November, and tried to fine us because they gave us a key that did not work to our mailbox. Do not rent from these people.
