      **************** is absolute dogshit. First, I spend 10 minutes on the phone w/ an idiot who can't seem to understand what "plus sign" means. After trying to explain to this moron that there is a "+" in my email, I ask to be transferred to a supervisor. After telling the supervisor that my email was rejected from the platform b/c it has a special character, which I suspected was the "+", I spent another 30 minutes on hold and spelling out my email, only for the supervisor to tell me my email is not acceptable b/c it has a "+". No ****, I'd already told him that.What a dogshit company. I have better interactions with my insurance company.

      If at all possible, contact your institution to implore them to use ANY textbook other than ******-****. They constantly try to bamboozle the reader into using wrong information on their stupid little inference quizzes. **************** is as garbage as the book itself. It's written by old white morons who don't even understand how the world works anymore. The Internet is still referred to as the "World Wide Web" and they constantly use outdated terms. A quick ****** search shows the correct answer, but unfortunately the reader needs to know what ******-**** "Thinks" is the correct answer. I haven't learned any information from the business class I took with this stupid book being used and am severely disappointed. I've already contacted my institution about this and intend to expose whatever discounts or payoffs they receive from using this garbage textbook that NO ONE likes. I hope the absolute worst for the authors of this stupid textbook.

      I just want to inform you that your customer *********************** are terrible. Long story short, my instructor put the wrong isbn on our syllabus. I purchased the wrong materials. I wanted to simply exchange the product, but it was digital and the system isnt set up that way. I have talked to 3 customer service representatives, been disconnected due to system time outs, and emailed the appropriate department with 0 response since 5/12/24. I have had to track my money down due to zero communication from this company. I had to escalate the issue to PayPal due to lack of communication. I found out today on 5/24/24 I was issued a check which will take an additional 2 weeks to complete. No one told me this, and I had to keep asking the *** for information. Of course, they want to pass the buck to the refund department who cannot seem to respond to an email. My issue is I spent over $150 dollars and this is the treatment I receive. Ive gotten the run around and the blame my financial institution game from 3 people. I signed up for a trial access to connect until my refund was received, and I could purchase the correct items. That access is going to expire, and I wont have a refund until the first week of June?! I dont get paid for another 2 weeks, and I cant afford to purchase what I need until my money is refunded. I refuse to purchase what I need until this issue is resolved.Im sure this will fall on death ears. McGraw Hill is a corporation, and a major player in education publishing. You dont care about my issue or customers in general. The money comes in regardless, and its a corporation. Were sorry for your inconvenience. Save it. After this issue is resolved, I will no longer do business with McGraw Hill. If my instructor didnt require your product, Id wouldnt repurchase from you. Theres no place to leave a public review, Im sure that is intentional as you dont want people to know how terrible your service is.

      We apologize for your experience. I have reviewed the previous cases and I show your purchase was made on May 10 and the refund request was processed on May 12, 2024. The refund was issued; however, our credit card team has advised us that the refund was not able to be processed back to the original payment method/credit card. We can't see that information on our end, but it is customary when this happens that a check refund will be processed, which has been completed. I have reached out to our technical support team, and we can issue you a courtesy access until this has been resolved. We show that a new purchase was made recently, so please let us know if the courtesy access is still needed. I will send you a direct follow-up email from the case.

      Started a free trial of their Sharpen study app beore moving to a paid subscription. Ended up deleting my account, but I still was charged for the next 3 months. When I went to the website to see my account settings, I was not subscribed. They are the worst company I've ever had to deal with while in college.

      We were able to locate one case regarding this, which was received on 4/24/24. There is a cancellation policy regarding Sharpen subscriptions which would have been provided to the customer. We have submitted the request to *******, and they confirmed that they never received a request to cancel the subscription. The subscription has now been cancelled, and a credit has been issued to refund the last payment. The refund should be on the customers card within 4-7 business days.

      I am appalled by the lack of resolution and empathy displayed by the customer service agent in my interactions with the company. I clearly have an urgent issue that is affecting my grade, and the agent did nothing to reassure me or provide a timeline for resolution. Instead, they repeatedly defer to the engineering team and offer no concrete information. I am rightfully frustrated and feel that my concerns are not being taken seriously.I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I received. I contacted them with an urgent issue that is affecting my grade, and the agents were completely unhelpful. They kept passing me off and refused to give me a timeline for resolution. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I am now worried that I will not be able to complete my coursework on time. I would strongly advise anyone against using ******* ***** services.

      The ********************* servers are constantly experiencing issues which makes it very difficult to take online tests in the time that the servers are actually working. Typically when this happens, it is shortly before a test is due causing panic. Additionally, the textbooks are convoluted and pooly written which somehow makes the already terrible learning experience a bit worse.

      ********************* text books are not peer reviewed well and provide ONLY the fundamentals with very sparse information on how to solve problems or even how the problems were solved in the text book. In their most recent version of Corporate Finance Fundamentals they intentionally provide an incorrect formula (p. 426) only to tell you that the formula is not correct. No walk-through on solving the problems. No ability for people truly trying to learn the fundamentals to actually understand where numbers and formulas are coming from or how they are derived logically. Most things are seemingly made up out of thin air and provided to students who are expected to regurgitate wrote memorized formulas and theory rather than understand the context and underlying logic of the formulas and information provided.

      Bought a looseleaf textbook. Sent a moldy, water damaged book. The package was moldly, but they tried to hide it by putting the damaged package in a bigger, dry box. Totaly unusable textbook, waste of money. Smells super weird as well.
