    Out of the blue, I was charged $4.95 for a monthly subscription I have never signed up for

    I cancelled my subscription in January 2024. But my credit card was charged again in April. There isn't a way to delete my credit card from my online account with BI - and the automated email response offers little hope of getting a response.

    They hire people that call themselves journalists who cannot do any research, allow them to type up an article filled with ignorance only to be published off to the masses. I hear the results of this article on on the radio as I am driving into work. My machine that costs $5 a 200 mile trip compared to my other machine that cost $30 a 200 mile trip. What is the difference? The $5 one is electric. Their article CLAIMS the exact opposite, but it never details where the data came from. I really do not know what business publishes lies like this, but I am really tired of seeing this garbage passed off as truth.
