      Conde **** just charged my bank account three (3) times for my one subscription and they did it on Friday so they could use my money for 5 days...until Tuesday after extra long holiday weekend!

      Signed up for the Allure Beauty Box. The products were subpar so I decided on Sunday July 30 to cancel my subscription. The website tells that my account cannot be found after I have previously logged in before. I give it a day to chalk it up to a website error. July 31 I am able to log in but now the area to cancel is also not functioning. It forces you to give a reason to your cancellation but it does not let me click any options. I cannot cancel without clicking my reason for canceling. I then look for an email or phone number which is nowhere to be found so I send an Instagram DM asking for help. I did not get a response until August 3rd. I was charged early morning through PayPal and see an email and phone number! The phone number is incorrect and out of service. Finally I email them and receive an automated response with a correct phone number. I call and speak to **** who gives me attitude and asks why I waited so long to cancel as if I didnt explain the issues I have been receiving for days. He asks for proof sent to email, which I have (screenshots and videos of the site not working with ************* showing). I call again and recieve *****. She says no emails have been received but once she gets proof shell forward this to billing but she can cancel my subscription herself (why didnt **** do this?) Today, Aug 4th Im told my proof does not matter and receive a scripted response to enjoy my exciting products. It all seems very calculated and convenient.       Absolutely painful...delay in responding and when they do no one seems to actually read what you state the issue is...they seemingly just respond with the closest answer they have in the standard customer service manual and you end up getting nothing of value.

      Never buy the ** box, they claim its a quartile box but charged me twice within a week and on top of that claim they have a "cancel anytime" policy but are unable to give refunds? Ridiculous! This company is scum and a scam and I will never buy from them again.

      Ordered vanity Fair with cancel anytime arrangement Canceled after 2 issues In spite of my emails, snail mail, etc They continue to mail and bill.Issues go directly to garbage as they reek of perfume samples to which Im allergic.

      I was not made aware of any automatic payment for any "subscription". When I contacted Conde Nast at 5 different customer service phone numbers today 01-24-2023, all "claimed" they had "no record" of my currently being charged for anything!!! Unbelievable!!! Yet My ****** Account was charged 119.99 for a "mystery" subscription (not even named. This type of grossly shabby behavior I would never have expected from a major US Corporation.

      Impossible to cancel subscriptions, one of these! So they charge your credit card forever.If you want this headache, go ahead and subscribe to any Condenast publication.Desperate failing company using desperate, predatory billing on its OWN CUSTOMERS, wow.I will NEVER subscribe to any of your ****** magazines again :)******************************

      I have tried twice already to cancel my subscription to Wired magazine from Conde Nast, and last year I actually took a screen-shot of the cancellation confirmation from them, but again, they took out another years subscription from me this year. What is really annoying is that the credit card I thought was cancelled - but somehow they managed to make the charge anyway. I had to cancel in order to stop these continuing charges every year, since I was pretty sure that Conde Nast would do this again, and the bank told me that I would have to deal with Conde-Nast to stop these charges. Under no circumstances should anyone trust this company with their credit card number. Once they get a hold of someone's credit card number, there is no way to cancel any subscription with them apparently.
