      I have called several times for a business report. It has been 2 months and I have not received the report. You can not get in contact with anyone on the business side because they only have a phone number for the personal side. You can only get a call back. They claimed to have sent me several reports but nothing has come here. There is no one there to complain. Horrible business.

      Lexis Nexis has cost me ***** in insurance premiums over the past 12 months for falsely reporting a violation on my driving record. I switched insurance companies from *********** back in Dec after 15 years with them due to them trying to jack my rates up due to this false information and not doing anything with the documentation I provided them and now I see the same violation pop up with my current insurance provider at renewal.This company is such a joke.15 years ago or so they tried to put a speeding ticket on my record from one of the Carolinas--neither state I have ever even been to to this day. At that time I was able to call and get that situation resolved. The only thing I could find on their sorry excuse for a website was an online record request form that they send to you via ****, taking no telling how long, and a checkbox to include some sort of dispute ******************* providers would be better off looking elsewhere for their data.

      This credit bureau is an absolute disappointment. My credit scores with Experian, **********, and Equifax range between 796 and 811yet LexisNexis somehow reported a score of 651. Who are they to make such a drastic and inaccurate assessment?Unlike the major credit bureaus, you cant easily create an online account with ********************** to freeze your information. Their system is outdated and far from user-friendly. Before this, I had never even heard of LexisNexis. Now, their false reporting has cost me a life-changing opportunity. This company operates with a shocking lack of transparency and competence. In my opinion, they should not be trusted with anyones personal data.

      Dont ever pay for a birth certificate via Vital Chek!!!They take your ************* no responsibility for follow thru with states!Georgia completely messed up my mothers name & said no birth certificate existed.THEY somehow wrote down the wrong name!It was not my fault Vital Chek said too bad & my money was nonrefundable! Thats BULLSHIT!Dont ever use them!!!

      LexisNexis is providing my phone number to spammers as though I own large plots of property that I don't own. I called them to have them remove my phone number from their erroneous records and they refused to comply in any way unless I was able to provide the *** of the owner of the property. **************** representative was ******* employee no. *****, Jun 04 2025 1:53pm EST.

      LexisNexis just sent me a letter saying my personal data was breached. They won't validate me myself when I call and inquire about what data they breached of mine. They won't give me my personal data but they just gave it to someone else. I called 8 times with no one to help, asked for supervisor and wasn't given one.

      If I could give it 0 stars I would. They dont answer calls I was on hold for over an hour and a half. They dont respond to emails. They keep telling me that I need more documents even though I have given documents from both section A and B. I have been trying to get my replacement birth certificate for since ********. I have followed their steps and responded to their emails, uploaded more documents, etc and its still on hold or pending even though the order says reviewed documents, etc

      I applied for a credit card and have over an 800 credit score and should have had no problem getting credit. However, the ********** used LexisNexis Risk solutions to make their decision and I was declined credit because of them. LexisNexis Risk Solutions told them I was deceased so they denied me credit. Upon doing some digging, calling them, and finally getting a hold of someone, they gave them my fathers information that had passed away 25 years ago. How this company has any bearing on anyones financial decisions is reckless and irresponsible.

      They dont know anything about people, and all of their records about us are just baseless lies that affect people's credit scores and monthly premiums. They run business out of people's financial detriments. Any body who got their wrong records can file a complaint at ************************. Dont let them make money based on your disadvantage. Their business must be closed

      This company reports incorrect information resulting in higher rates, no coverage or denial letters. When i went to purchase a vehicle the dealer came back and said i had a low score, i was shocked because my credit scores from the three major credit bureaus was high! i found out that Lexis Nexis gave them a low "social score" resulting in higher interest rates. i ordered my file and disputed all incorrect info, now they're lying and saying I've been uninsured for more than 30 days resulting in me not being able to insure my vehicle.
