LexisNexis is keeping data on me that translates into nearly 170 pages containing data dating back to **** (this is 2023). The data includes education records that are incorrect and also my driving record computed in regular intervals reflecting a daily driving "start time" "end time" "hard break events" etc. ********* alone extends over 80 pages. I have a clean driving record so why are my daily hard brake events any evidence of my insurable character. I gave nobody authority to track me so who is? Very concerning. Geico uses this service and based my premium, in part, on the information collected by LexisNexis. I was shocked how extensive the report is. It lists former apartments/houses but does not identify what is owned or rented. I mean this is unbelievable. I can't even contest some of the content because I don't know at what time my hard break event took place on 9.24.22. Do you remember where you were on that day? LexisNexis can probably tell you. Anyone worried about identity theft, should seriously order their personal record with LexisNexis because it lists, in my opinion, above and beyond reasonable data collection needed to insure a vehicle. NOTE: The internet mentions a lawsuit in **. Look it up! Shame on you Geico! The only data missing in the report is my blood type but I am sure only due to HIPPA.

Either inept or corrupt! I was denied insurance and these people have a D- rating and credibility are the reason. I ordered by Consumer Report to dispute this and it's been almost a month and nothing. I'm going to be contacting my AG of *****, *******************. He liked to *** people, I'm sure he will love investigating this National scam!

I have tried numerous times contacting Lexis Nexis to provide verification of any such bankruptcy. And was told numerous times to contact *****, who in turn placed me back to Lexis Nexis. A representative at Lexis Nexis continues to state again that I need to contact PACER again. Lexis Nexis has continued to fail in providing verification of such record. I requested Lexis Nexis if they are not able to provide any sort of paperwork and verification, that I requested to have the information deleted from my file, which they did not do. And that I would be filing a CFPB, FTC, and State Attorney Generals complaint as well as leaving an unfavorable BBB review. I have paperwork from my local court stating that they don't issue any information pertaining to anyone's credit to any agency (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and definitely not LexisNexis. LexisNexis refuses to remove anything from my file, which by my state court's law is an illegal practice.

I called Lexis nexis on December 22,2022 Asked for a copy of my consumer report due to inaccurate information being reported to insurance companies. For years Ive been screaming about how my rates went up over $200.00. After speaking to a representative in underwriting I was told that some information was reporting on the report that didnt match what they had on file. And that I needed to request a report from them so I could dispute it. Well after waiting around the mailbox for 2 weeks I still have not received my report. This has to be against the law. Like how are you able to report wrong information that affects my life. They did this 2 yrs ago with a whole different person showing up as me when I went to get an apartment all her information was on my report I couldnt move. This has got to stop. Im seeking a lawyer because I cant deal with this any Longer

This company (Lexisnexis) has reported me "dead"! Putting this on my Credit profile has basically shut down my credit access. They gather information from Public Information platforms and do not verify beyond a name only. Heaven forbid that your name isn't "*****************" or "*************************", you would be constantly dead and trying to prove you're alive on a daily basis. I have been told that I have to be dead for another two weeks -30 days to get my life back. They should not be allowed as an authorized credit bureau with this reckless research.

Asking for a copy of my birth certificate and marriage certificate from the *******************, the rep indicated an email she was sending me was not one that I had to provide any further information and to disregard. In spite of receiving this email while on the phone with her, one week later I got the same email wherein my request was not forwarded for completion. This caused a delay in receiving these documents for an upcoming trip outside of *******. Why would the ******************* forward me to a company that has a well-known lousy reputation?! Now, when trying to reach a rep by phone, you'll wait forever to be connected. Terrible customer service especially when corralled to this company and paying such an exorbitant fee.

LexisNexis INCORRECTLY reported on my Consumer Disclosure Report that I had/have business associations with six LLCs in *******. I do NOT have and have NEVER had any business association with those LLCs. The dispute process took months and was inefficient. They lost my first dispute submission. I submitted a second dispute and again included official business entity records from ******** ******** of Corporations as proof/evidence of my position. However LexisNexis relied on the INACCURATE information provided by their source, *********. In investigating my dispute, LexisNexis chose to simply review the information in THEIR OWN ******************** Records. LexisNexis did NOT verify the source-based evidence, i.e. official business entity documents from the ****************, that I provided and that proved my position. I even advised LexisNexis that such verification could be done by contacting ********* ******** of Corporations, the official source of ******* business entity records, or going to their website at *********************************. In response to their denial to correct the data, I then exercised my right under FCRA and provided statements to LexisNexis to add to my file disputing the accuracy of their information. Apparently they didnt like my statements which would have been an embarrassment because they decided to reinvestigate. And guess what? This time they found the data that they received from ********* and that they reported was unverifiable/incorrect and the data was removed from my file. Their data cant be trusted to be accurate and unfortunately citizens are victims of their inaccurate data reporting. They should be penalized for this!

Lexisnexis has the worst process and customer service I have ever worked with. They had an incorrect accident placed under my name, so I called to get it removed. There is no way to talk to a person and you can only go through their PAINFULLY slow process to make any sort of dispute claim. If I could give them a 0/5 I would. So frustrating that I'm forced to go through them for insurance and all they have is false information. The only thing this company is good for is raising your blood pressure.

I have never heard of LexisNexis until I received a notice that ********************* used their CLUE report that fraudulently claims that I had an at fault accident in 2019, costing me $$$ on my auto insurance.

This company runs a subsidiary known as Vitalchek which searches for records. After a house fire I needed my Birth Certificate replaced from another state. I was linked to this fraudulent company BY THE ***** WEBSITE, so I figured it must be legit. I was guaranteed delivery in 3 to 5 business days. The order was placed on 6/30 on 7/8, I was notified that my Birth Certificate would be shipped overnight per the "Expedited Delivery" that they charged me a $50 PREMIUM for. It is now 7/11, according to the *** tracking website the package has yet to actually be picked up, I was also notified that I lost the $10K job that I needed the ** for.
