Hello, my name is *************************. I was reaching out because I have been getting several calls on my personal phone from this company clients. They are complaining about the company over charging them for subscriptions the client didn't sign up for. One customer stated she called her bank and they provided my personal phone ************ to them. This is an urgent matter for myself and their clients. I believe the customers should be able to get in contact with the company who is taking their money. I also will like to get my personal phone number back to my day to day calls.Business Response

I was charged for a subscription that was cancelled several times. In addition, this website does not allow you to delete your credit card information prior to charging you, making it impossible to prevent the inappropriate charging. I ordered a birth certificate a year ago for my daughter. I have inquired three times about where it was or to get my money back. No one will answer my emails appropriately. They said they will not give me a refund, but they will not tell me where the birth certificate is. I already went to the Register of Deeds to get one because this has taken so long. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have yet to receive this. I emailed again on 10/01 to inquire about where it was, and they said they couldnt find it in the system. I sent the information, and a follow up, with no response. I have already went downtown and paid for another. I want a refund. 14 months and ignoring emails is unacceptable.

********* engages in deceitful business practices by not informing customers of the requirements to obtain their legal documents before purchasing. Nowhere on their website does it state that a notary's signature is required to receive your documents UNTIL you pay for *********'s services. ********* does not offer notarization services, and as such YOU RECEIVE NO PRODUCT FROM ********* WITHOUT THE USE OF AN ADDITIONAL 3RD PARTY SERVICE. *********'s "Why *********" website page states the following: "Unlike other advertised online services, we wont hide any part of our process or fees from you. We work closely with our agencies to submit your information directly to them, and they in turn prepare and ship your certificate to you." (supporting documentation attached, "********* 3.png"). Additionally, their website states "No unexplained fees, ever," though you can not obtain your documents unless you pay a fee to a third party. Purchased the ***** PN examination book almost one year ago when I started nursing school. Recently went to scratch off the acces code to get the online practice tests. The code would not properly scrape off. I could only read 9 digits. Called customer support, even with the 9 digits and isbn code from the book they refused to help. Saying a receipt of purchase was the only way to get a code. I was put on hold for nearly an hour with them trying to find someone higher up who could help. Vitalchek is the ONLY 3rd party authorized in providing a Death Certificate's due to backlogs & the Covid crisis. ****** Employee's Retirement system, refused to accept the Offical Death Certificate from VitalChek due to missing SSN# ("xxxxx"). If a standard is mandated on what should be filled out on an Official Death Certificate, then why isn't VitalChek complying? I've been more than patient in my attempts to get the Death Certificate amended by VitalChek. E-mails after e-mails sent and problem is still unresolved. I originally attached the letter from *****'s to VitalChek as proof to correct. But apparently something is going on behind closed doors that's not resolving the problem. ****** advised that I get ahold of the attending physician or funeral director. I have purchased many books through Elsevier claiming both print an online access.Recently Elsevier has changed online platforms and are holding online access to 40% of my textbooks hostage until I can provide proof of purchase ISBNs and codes proving that these books are mine. I have sent many photos of these items requested and attempted to contact customer service by phone and every time I have been disconnected due to unavailable personnel to accept calls. Additionally I have sent many emails back-and-forth trying to get my textbook access back online to no avail. I have asked for a phone number to call somebody in customer service during these email conversations and have not been provided a phone number to speak to somebody.
