      Extremely Disappointed Longtime Customer Treated Poorly Ive been a loyal ********************** customer since 2021, ever since I purchased my first vehicle equipped with their service. Since then, *** added additional vehicles and continued to subscribe without issueuntil recently.For the past three months, I was being overcharged without my knowledge. No notification, no warningjust quietly billed more than what I had agreed to. When I contacted customer service to request a refund for the overcharges, I was met with indifference. The representative I spoke with, Iya, was completely robotic and uncaring, showing zero concern for the fact that a loyal customer was being taken advantage of.Instead of making things right, the best SiriusXM could do was offer to reduce my monthly rate back to the original price I was paying before the overcharges beganas if doing the bare minimum was somehow a favor to me. No refund. No accountability. No apology.Its incredibly disappointing to see a company I once trusted show so little regard for customer loyalty. If youre considering **********************, be warned: watch your billing statements closely, because they wont. And if they overcharge you, dont expect any meaningful resolution.

      I bought a car and now I get phone calls and emails and US mail. I asked them to remove my name from their lists and they said it would take three years for that to happen. They are so annoying!!!!

      This company took my card without my knowledge and attached it to my ex husbands account without my concent because he had not updated his payment method.The first time I contacted them, ******* in ******* FL said that since we had the same last name they applied my card to his account. Now we were already divorced with separate bank accounts and separate ********************** accounts, plus separate addresses. When I called and spoke with ******* she said she could not help me that I needed to call the bank. I called and left a message with the corporate office and asked for someone to return my call and nobody called me back. I called the corporate office a second time and spoke with a gentleman and he was no help. According to my research this is illegal to do with out prior concent from the card holder, in which they did not have. All in all they had charged me $1,430.53 and refused to refund me and charge my ex instread. I am having to dispute all charges with the bank and hope I can get my money back.

      I have been a customer for years now, and I originally purchased a life-time subscription, which came with three free transfers to different radios. I did have a second subscription for my truck, but I sold the truck and cancelled that subscription. I called them today to transfer my life-time subscription over to my new car, and they said they wanted $75 to do it! Would not honour the free transfers which I have never used. They will not be getting another ***** from me! Worst customer service possible.

      Like ****** i have been a customer for several years and the same problem when the subscription ends receive a high statement for renewal.This march they cut me a deal and it turned out to be scam, they took my money out of my account i have proof of it from my bank they keep insisting they have no record of my payment A one star rating for this company is too good.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I had to make multiple requests to disable auto-payment on my SiriusXM account. It took over 3 months and multiple interactions with SiriusXM to get this issue resolved. The auto-payment feature was enabled without my consent. The chat ***resentatives tried to talk around the issue referring to the "subscription renewal" and "billing frequency," neither of which were relevant to my complaint of unauthorized auto-payments. My bill has been paid on time for the entire length of my association with SiriusXM, which exceeds 10 years. Auto-payments are not a requirement of the subscription, nor did I authorize them. The act of extracting unauthorized payment on an account in good standing should be illegal, if it isn't already. After many text exchanges, the first ***resentative promised to turn off auto-payment, but never did. My second attempt working with a chat *** was similar, however I ultimately asked to cancel my subscription if SiriusXM was unable to turn off auto payment. Suddenly the *** found a way to change my payment method back to manual pay. Customers should not be handled and manipulated in this manner. It cost me valuable time to get this resolved. If a company has a good service or product, they should not need to resort to these tactics and manipulations to be successful, certainly not with customers in good standing.

      I was a customer for several years. Every year the subscription ends and a high monthly bill starts being charged from my credit card. Every year I complain and got the rate to be lowered for the year. I would ask not to be renewed. Every year they TAKE money from my credit card without my permission. I am done with this company!!
