      I rather bluntly asked for my account to be closed out. Was forced to interact with an AI chat bot, then a cs *** that ignored my request to cancel and tried to give me a special offer. Fun fact, swearing at the people that work there will yield the results of a simple "cancel subscription" button they don't want to put on their website.

      I have had issues with the ** customer service. I call in 5-24-2025 and cancel 1 of my 2 radios. Was told in a text that my bill would be reduced from $44.99 to $6.99. On 6-08 I still received a bill for $44.99. I called my bank and they reversed the charges. Upon calling ** they said the rep **** spoke and said I owed the $44.99. I hate to not get some of the showers I like but have no choice but cancel my subscription. Be wary of ** and their billing service.

      called in to get a Travel Link subscription for my stereo, advertised on their website for $5.98 per month, then after talking to the *** they tell me it will be $9.44 a month with taxes and fees, i said ok fine but then after giving my card info they say it will be $10.34 a month...how does a price go from $5.98 to $10.34??!! these people are scammers and perfect example of bait and switch

      I have been a member of Sirius XM since 2017 with no issues. In April of 2025, they took my payment out for the month and then cancelled my subscription a few days later without permission. Since then, I have spent weeks speaking with customer service **** and their sales team trying to get my subscription back or start a new one. Every time they try to run a payment for me, they get an error message. I have given them multiple forms of payment and they refuse to take the money due to the error. They keep claiming that I need to call my bank but even after doing that, it's still not working. I'm not sure what has changed with their system, but they obviously don't want my money that bad. Terrible experience to the point where I am no longer interested.

      Sirius XM tripled my subscription fee without notifying me. I find it outrageous that they can automatically charge me more money without my consent.

      Extremely Disappointed Longtime Customer Treated Poorly Ive been a loyal ********************** customer since 2021, ever since I purchased my first vehicle equipped with their service. Since then, *** added additional vehicles and continued to subscribe without issueuntil recently.For the past three months, I was being overcharged without my knowledge. No notification, no warningjust quietly billed more than what I had agreed to. When I contacted customer service to request a refund for the overcharges, I was met with indifference. The representative I spoke with, Iya, was completely robotic and uncaring, showing zero concern for the fact that a loyal customer was being taken advantage of.Instead of making things right, the best SiriusXM could do was offer to reduce my monthly rate back to the original price I was paying before the overcharges beganas if doing the bare minimum was somehow a favor to me. No refund. No accountability. No apology.Its incredibly disappointing to see a company I once trusted show so little regard for customer loyalty. If youre considering **********************, be warned: watch your billing statements closely, because they wont. And if they overcharge you, dont expect any meaningful resolution.

      I bought a car and now I get phone calls and emails and US mail. I asked them to remove my name from their lists and they said it would take three years for that to happen. They are so annoying!!!!
