      I have loved SiriusXM since the day we got it and still do. It is well worth every *****. Today I needed to add an additional vehicle to the account. That particular page on the website was not working so I called in to have it done. I spoke to ***** and it was a great experience. Not only did I have to hold under 5 minutes, but he quickly understood what I needed and had it set up and activated in no time at all. Someone give that young man a gold star and a raise. I am impressed and a happy customer.

      I've had Sirius XM for many years. In 2018, I added a second car to my account and, every year, I have renewed the 2 vehicles. In May, I paid for the renewal an, apparently, the employee placed one of the vehicles on a 3 month subscription. This caused me not to be able to stream on my Amazon device. I didn't close to one hour with an employee and a supervisor who refused to honor the yearly commitment and wanted to charge me more money. I have several friends that pay $30.00 for 6 month and they wanted to over charge me so I canceled the service. This dishonest practice needs to stop.

      Don't give them a card # or they will take money out without your say_so at inflated rates.Happened twice to me. I told them only papper. Bill's so I know what I'm paying they said they can't do that so I canceled soloing to this ripoff outfit all of their reps. *** outsourced probably in *****. Can't even have call center in America!

      My 6 months intro Sirius subscription ended that I had received on my 2021 ram2500. Really liked it. At 6 months **** my subscription ran out and a rep of theirs called me( could not speak English and 5-7 second delay on phone conversation). I was led to believe that for ****** I could renew for another year. Seemed very high but I liked the *********************** chanenel so I paid the ******. That was two months ago. My radio quit again today. I called and after 4 phone calls, 3 people that could not speak English nor understood I had been scammed into something else called Sirius guardian -which has nothing to do with the *********************** channel on Sirius radio. Constantly tried to get me to buy MORE stuff. I could go on--but buyer beware. This is a scam company AT BEST. They have lost me as a customer for good.

      It was cool to have no commercials in the car but they make you talk to a rep when you want to cancel so they can try to sell you on other options. That is annoying. You should be able to cancel without questions.
