      Went to Lenox Hill Radiology in ********** for an ultrasound. Technician said no need to empty pockets. I did not realize I'd be rolling around on a table. Half way through tech needed me to go back to waiting room to drink water. After a few minutes I realized my wallet was gone. I got the manager and said check the cameras, theres only a few people here and it will be easy to see who grabbed it. Signs posted stating facility is monitered by cameras. Few minutes prior a man come in and is super friendly with guy at front desk and it is clear they know each other. After a few minutes guy say "guess i'm in the wrong place", and leaves. Manager says cameras not working today, real sorry and then refused to give the name of the man who was in the facility that left . Half an hour later a man is seen using my **** card a few towns away matching his description.When telling story to others they said didn't you put your stuff in a locker? we always do. I had no idea quality places give you that option.This facility did nothing but circle to wagons to protect themselves knowing full well what happened to my wallet. It contained 600 dollars worth of cash and gift cards along with my credit cards and all my identity. Seems awfully convenient for the facility that the front desks ***** popped in and left within minutes at a time all the cameras were supposedly not working and a wallet was stolen.I suggest you avoid this place.

      The patient was contacted by the Regional Manager after leaving the site to advise of what occurred. An investigation occurred immediately based upon the individuals allegations. The exam for which the individual presented to the office did not require the removal of the individuals personal clothing or possessions. There are multiple Patient Guidelines postings throughout the facility notifying the patient that facility staff are not responsible for patient items. While there are cameras located in the facility, there was a reported issue that caused the cameras to stop working, and the part required to correct the issue has been ordered; however, at the time it was on back-order. The part has been installed and the cameras are fully operational. The wallet was never seen by any team member, nor was it turned into anyone in the facility. The manager investigated the patient allegations of the individual at the front desk. It was determined that while this individual was a scheduled patient of ours, the individual arrived to the incorrect location and was directed to the accurate scheduled site. The Facility Manager spoke with the police at the time of the incident, and has cooperated with the police during their ongoing investigation.

      I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received at Lenox Hill Radiology on **********************************************, on Thursday, 4/25. I arrived at 3:30pm for my 4:15pm appointment and after meeting with my doctor and being referred for a sonogram and mammogram, I was refused treatment despite having taken the day off and waiting for 45 minutes. I witnessed the unhelpful behavior of the staff towards several patients, and they did everything possible to avoid assisting them. I should not have been denied treatment by **********************, Regional Director of Operations and Adrina, Manager after providing all the required information (i.e., insurance, referral, the purpose of my visit, etc.) and taking the required steps (i.e., no deodorant, lotion, etc.) for my appointment. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I contacted ********************** on multiple occasions after my visit requesting to speak to his superior or someone in HR and my request has fallen on deaf ears. Please do not visit this site unless you want to be humiliated and denied treatment. The lack of support and disrespect shown to me is unacceptable. I am seeking accountability through an investigation to ensure proper actions are taken to address the mistreatment of patients.

      The most unethical radiology practice regarding billing. Not properly noticed as required by ******** that sonograms for dense b****** no longer covered. ******** determined that I was not responsible for cost of procedure yet *** continues to ignore ********s Notice of Determination and to bill me and harass me, even though ******** says rebilling me is in violation of their contract with ********. I have paid under protest to make them go away. Never use them!

      LENOX HILL RADIOLOGY (***) (near to CVS pharmacy)**************************************************, UNPROFESSIONAL , MEAN AND NASTY EMPLOYEE.Visit *****pm to ***** pm Monday February 5th . I visited this location today for the first time for a walk in X Ray.At the entrance - no access . Door locked. there is a phone number to call to gain access. NO ONE ANSWER THE ****** WAITED ON THE LINE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUETS. I manage to gain access when someone was coming out. I remain quiet and calm and walk in . I joined a line that i thought was for providing my ID and Insurance. THERE WAS 4 EMPLOYEES ON THE ***** DESK . ONLY ONE WAS HELPING A CUSTOMER AND I WAS IN THAT SAME LINE WAITING PATIENTLY. I WAITED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUETS IN THE LINE . I then ask if anyone else is available to assist ? THEN A RUDE MEAN AND NASTY VOICE AND FACIAL EXPRESSION SAYS " YOU HAVE TO SIGN IN" . I said i do apologized I did not know that. I did not see any sign or any sign in log to sign in. SHE THEN PULLED IT OUT FROM HER DESK , VERY RIDE SAYING "HERE IT IS" . I STILL REMAIN CALM AND SIGN IN AND KEEP WAITING ON THE LINE. I LATER ASK " SHOULD I WAIT ON LINE OR HAVE A SEAT FOR MY NAME TO BE CALLED?" . THE MEAN AND NASTY VOISE SAYS "GO SIT" . I SAID IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD TOLD ME THAT AND I CALLED HER UNPROFESSIONAL . I SAID I DONT NEED YOUR SERVICE . AND THEY ALL STARTED TO LAUGH IN A MOCKING,SARCASTIC MANNER. I LEFT AND WALK OUT. THIS IS WHAT THIS COMPANY IS TOLERATING. SHAME ON THEM . I AM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 20 YEARS AND NO COMPANY TOLERATED THIS MANNER.PLEASE DOND GO TO ***. I THEN WENT TO ************** RADIOLOGY ON ****** ************ AND WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE - GREAT.

      I went to get a bone density scan on October 31, 2023. I have yet to get my results. The technician was new as the technician who did my mammogram was teaching her how to enter the information in the computer.When I called to inquire today about what happened, I was told that they sent my results were sent to my provider as I was speaking about this matter. I found it easy to get an appointment, and I found the staff nice, but not having your results for over 2 months very poor patient care. You could have a tumor and not know it where you could have lost the opportunity to have treatment. Very poor patient care!On top of that you can't even call the facility where it happened, you have to speak to a contact center and all they do is take you phone number and tell you someone will get back to you.Again Very ******************

      I have been trying to call to make an appointment for MRI since 10:30 am. It is now 1:35 pm. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I have called back every 20 minutes and all I get is hold music. So no thanks. If they cant handle a call I can imagine how they handle their services.

      If I could give it no stars, I would. They bullied me into paying for services because my insurance has a deductible that wasn't fulfilled. Sure enough, my insurance covered the charges. Now they are dragging their feet in processing the refund, for which I have had to call twice already and am still being told that it is "under review." I could not get my imaging done without producing a form of payment, but they can take their sweet time to read a statement from the insurance company that says I owe them a $20 copay and nothing else? And for the person who wrote that they don't trust "non-white customers to pay the balance," they do it to everyone. I am white, and they bullied me, for lack of a better term, into putting $400 on my credit card before I could proceed to get my imaging done. Now, they keep claiming that it takes ***** business days from the day they receive the *** from the insurance company to review the account before processing a refund. As another reviewer wrote, it's a nifty business model they have that allows them to play with other people's money for their financial benefit.

      I have gone to ********************* many times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they charge me for my mammogram saying that my insurance doesn't cover it. My insurance DOES cover it and pays ********************* the entire amount but if I don't call and ask for a refund they will not send me the money for 6-8 months. When I ask for a refund they take ***** days to refund my credit card. To recap:I pay approx. $590 for the mammogram. My insurance pays as soon as they are billed (same day of service- I checked). ****** keeps my money for 1-8 months. They do the same to probably hundreds if not thousands of other patients. A good accountant could have a running pool of several hundred thousand dollars to use for investment- all interest free! Meanwhile I pay credit card interest...Might be legal, but it's not moral.

      Had an appointment for a sonogram today at the ************ ave branch in brooklyn ny. I had to drink lots of water before. I got there 45 mins before time for an 8:10 appointment. The desk girl walked in at 8:17 a.m did not even greet the people waiting. She then called me to tell me that the technician was not coming in. I received no call for a cancelation, traveled on mass transit to get there. The audacity! I was then given a number to call a supervisor since I was irate. ******* the supervisor does not answer not can take a message. What a slop for a business!!!

      Yesterday I had an apt to have an MRI of my right hip. I had bilateral hip replacement in February 2022. First I made an appointment but had to change it. I had already completed all the paperwork on line. When I called to change the apt they asked what I needed done and I explained, MRI of right hip and repeated I had a hip replacement. All paperwork showed I had metal in both hips and I reiterated this. After arriving i had to wait 1/2 hour beyond my apt time. I gave all paperwork to the assistant again explaining it was a check on a hip replacement. While getting changed the tech came out and said, don't get changed, we can't do your MRI here, our machine is the incorrect one to blur out the metal in your hip., you'll have to make an apt at another location, 20 miles away that can do this. I had been pre medicated and was flustered and angry. They had my paperwork for a week stating metal in my body. One tech was very kind and called other locations but none answered red the phones. She then spoke with someone after 25 minutes and the original place was the only one that could do the procedure. I said no thanks. Called another local radiology group and they were able to check on their computer which office was closest to me that had the appropriate machine to do this scan. Took all of 5 minutes. I will never use Lenox Hill Radiology again. Their system is antiquated and apparently no one checks pre admission paperwork. To make matters worse my daughter was also inconvenienced because she had to drive me due to my medicated status.
