    Good Day,All staff members are very unprofessional; they are currently doing renovations on my apartment building and everyone from the management team right down to the construction workers are disorganized. They use day labors for most of their work, every single day there are different people in and out of the building. Management is forcing residents to take everything out of their apartment for this so-called renovation that should have only been 3 weeks, it has been over 4 months and not 1 apartment is completed. Staff members are trying to bully tenants into doing whatever they say without proper notification. Their *** team gives no notification in writing, only verbal communications. Notices are posted on my door when you call the number...no answer.I have emailed and asked numerous times for some type of agenda or a detailed plan regarding this renovation process to no avail. All emails/calls after I kept inquiring went unanswered. The last conversation I stated, and I informed ******* **** that the relocation place is out of the question due to the undoing legal issues with my daughter's father and his relatives living within the same area. Over the past 3 months I have spoken with several different staff members, and they all keep saying paperwork and documentation can be given but the only paperwork given had no date nor time period stated for the time frame of the renovation.I cannot live and function with all my items being moved into storage, I have a toddler who is 4 years old that will not understand why all her items are not in the home.The is a huge inconvenience for both myself and my two children. This whole process has been very draining; I live in constant fear of being evicted. This situation is mentally draining, and I have anxiety around this entire process.I do not understand why the apartment cannot be done piece by piece, meaning they only focus on one room at a time and not trying to fix everything all at one
