    Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive I had a very frustrating experience with Steady Technologies. They initially approved my rental advance, only to cancel it without any explanation. When I reached out for clarification or to update my application, they completely ignored my emails and requests for information.A professional business should communicate clearly and honor their commitmentsor at least respond to customer inquiries. Instead, I was left in the dark with no guidance or resolution. If you're considering using their services, be cautious; they may not follow through on their approvals or provide the support you need.I would not recommend this business based on its lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of customer concerns.
