Order placed on 2/11/2024. Rec'd email with tracking info that the package had shipped. Status has not changed for that tracking number- still says "Label Printed" and it is now 2/28/2024. **************** is useless - they can't check stock or communicate with any other part of the company they work for. Asked for cancellation - they refuse to cancel until 3/4/2024 and require me to call back yet again instead of someone just making a note to cancel it. TERRIBLE. I have been ordering online for 2 decades and Easy Spirit is the absolute worst I've dealt with. They don't know how to be an online company - they are out of their depth.Business Response

They sent an email stating 50% off. I clicked on that link. I picked out a pair of booties. When I clicked on the boots to select size and color, that page also indicated 50% off at checkout.I did NOT receive the discount and they are refusing to refund it.Shady business tactics!!Business Response

Purchased two pair of shoes for Mother. Neither fit, returned both pair is the same boxes as received. Used required return labels and returned within a few days of receipt. I have spent numerous hours on the phone and via email to collect refund for both pair of shoes. Easy Spirit refunded me for one pair only. Easy spirit online advertises free returns. They have charged me $**** restocking fee each on the two returns I made this week. There is no mention of a restocking fee on the main page and you only learn of it when you do the return and receive an itemization showing a $**** deduction.Their sizing is off, hence two orders trying to get a size that fit. These are not free returns. On 9/12/23, I placed an online order with Easy Spirit ("**") in the amount of $115.99 (order #ORDER **-******* ). On 9/13/23, I received confirmation from ** that my order shipped *** tracking number: ******************. On the same day, I received email confirmation my order was scheduled for deliver on 9/15/23 by 7/15/23. Later that day, I received notification from *** that my delivery was being rescheduled, and *** indicated, "We'll provide an updated delivery date when we receive your ********************* FOOTWEAR package." On 9/18/23, I contacted ** who indicated they would open an internal ticket. Having received no updates, I again contacted ** on 9/20. Unfortunately, the ** customer service agent was rude, told me I had to talk to ***, not ** (*** has not received any merchandise from ** - ** simply created a USP label). The ** agent refused to cancel and/or refund my money, and she hung up the phone on me! Any assistance or advice the BBB might be able to provide will be greatly appreciated. At this time, I have not been contacted by Easy Spirit regarding complaint ID ********. However, after a lengthy shipping delay and inaccurate shipping communications sent to me by Easy Spirit ("ES"), my order was finally received weeks later. This was my first and last experience with ES. The customer service agent was unprofessional, raised her voice, and told me to deal w/ ***, and proceeded to hang the phone up on me. That is, despite the fact that *** had never received my order from ES. ES merely created a shipping label. ES was unwilling to be of any assistance whatsoever. I do not recommend doing business with ES.

I have purchased Easy Spirit shoes at ** ****** last year in June; womans Easy Spirit Hotrace. Order number; #******************* (Penneys). $46 Within a year bottom layer of material started to separate as well as seams. I contacted *************** and the directed me to manufacturer for warranty information. **************** of ********************** would not give me any information about warranty on their products and directed me back to ***************. A pair of Easy Spirit Romy leather walking shoes I purchased are defective. I just started using these shoes and the whole bottom sole separated from the shoe body. I have not used these shoes very much. I spent $80 on these shoes and they are useless to walk in due to the separation of the bottom sole from the shoe's body.Customer Answer

ordered shoes on 5/21 for a weeding on 6/2. when the shoes arrived, they were stretched out by the paper that was stuffed inside them, so they did not fit properly. It was too late for a replacement set to I had to get them else where they stated I could send them back, but they are refusing to refund the shipping cost. and they want pictures of the damaged shoes. I ordered boots @ March 25, 2023. I had not received any updated on my delivery since I was notified that Easy Spirit created a shipping label with **** I unsuccessfully tried to request an investigation in my undelivered product (order #ORDER **********). Mid April, I had the banking institution (Cash App) work on it. They temporary refunded my $, but reversed it because the stated that it was a merchant error. I called Easy Spirit **************** to request a refund at the beginning of May. I was told that **** App had not notified them of the claim being closed; so, they could not help me we are unable to issue any refunds while the chargeback is active, and the bank will need to conclude their investigation before we can assist with a refund. Call back a month later, no one would help. I advised Easy Spirit that the investigation was closed. I even email Easy Spirit the information regarding the closed investigation and the reversed chargeback from Cash App, to no avail. I respectfully ask for help recovering my $52.99 from Easy Spirit. Note the above has take so long because either company with confer with each other about my specific issue.Business Response
