      I was cleaning out my closet and found a box of three pairs of Traveltime Clogs, size 8 ww, new and in the box they came in from your company. my invoice number is **-******* $126.74. I have lymphodema swelling of legs and feet since the purchase, and need to purchase size 9 ww, that is why I want to return these to purchase other ones. i have been a long standing customer with your company and even though this account does not show it i have been purchasing from your company for over 10 years

       SINCE THEY REFUSED TO TAKE BACK THE SHOES, I DONATED THEM TO GOODWILL, THEREFORE I LOST OVER $130 THAT I WILL NEVER GET BACK, THEREFORE I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANY MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT EASY SPIRIT AGAIN, I WILL ALSO BE TELLING PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY

      I have about $34 Easy Spirit Giftcard and tried to online order from Easy Spirit recently. My card didnt go through. I called ************ asking why my card didnt go through. A representative took my information and promised they would get back to me in 5 business days., which never happened. A few weeks later, I called again and another representative said they no longer accept gift cards. I want my money back.

      Hi ******,

      Thank you for sending a picture of your gift card. Upon review, it looks like your gift card does start with **** numbers, which unfortunately is from the old company and stores that no longer exist. We're so sorry for the inconvenience. When the company was sold and the stores were closed, any gift cards associated are no longer valid since the new company has no record of the old gift cards being purchased.
