I placed an order for boots from Easy spirit on 1/20/23. My credit card was charged on 1/21/23, and I received the boots on 1/25/23. Order # is ES-*******. I have tried to return the boots, but the Easy Spirit website says that the boots have not been shipped. Clearly they have been shipped as I have them! I have also tried in vain to call the customer service number. No one answers. I would like a refund and am happy to return the boots if Easy spirit tells me how to do so.Business Response

I purchased three pair of shoes ( order number ES- ******* 1/23/2023. I only received two pair. Was charged for all three. Tried to contact this company via email , phone etc. The customer service phone number must not be a real number as you will be on hold forever. The email will also fail to send . I ordered a pair of the AP1 Leather Walking Shoes from Easy Spirit on January 20, 2023 (Order Number ES-*******. The shoes arrived but were not as depicted on the website. When I tried to return them, I found that--just as another customer has complained--the shoes are listed as not yet shipped, so I can't arrange a return. I ordered a pair of Evergren Clogs in brown leather size 7.5 M from ************** on 1/22/2023. I received the item on 1/26/2023. I never received an e-mail that these shoes had shipped. I need to return them for a refund as they do not fit well. I went to their website to do an "easy return" but found that they are saying the item never shipped. I have tried calling their customer service number but get put on hold for over 40 minutes and no answer. I also have sent an e-mail to them but have not received a reply. My order status say processed but not shipped. I have in fact received the order ********** , but I need to return as the shoes do not fit. I placed an online order for boots with Easy Spirit on 12/8/22. I received an email from them on 12/10/22 informing me that my order has shipped. It hasn't really shipped. A shipping label has been created, and that's where it ends. I haven't received my order. The shipping status since 12/10/22 has been "Label Created". I have called customer service 10 times, and nobody has ever answered. I have also sent messages through their website, and no response from them. On Dec. 17th I rodered Tess *****on sandals, order #*******. The sandals did not fit. I started a return online and received a ** code. I was informed there were several ways to ship it and all of them used the same ** code. Since I am a senior without a car, I asked for a mailing label instead, because ***** and *** come to my building each day. They would not do that. I tried giving both ***** and *** the ** code to make a label and ship the package. They both told me it was the wrong ** code. I have emailed the company and called and was put on hold for over an hour (at which time I gave up.) I haven't received a return e-mail either. I was also promised that they would not charge me the $6.95 restocking fee because of my difficulties, but I still haven't been able to return the sandals. Help! At this point I think they should refund me the ridiculously expensive $10 shipping fee too. I've spent at least 4 hours trying to resolve this!Business Response

I have been on hold for customer service for over an hour. It must also be a fax machine cause I keep getting the beeping. How can I get help? I ordered a pair of Epic Cold Weather Booties in black suede size 8.5 W from Easyspirit.com on November 12,2022. The price was $79.99. The order number is: ES-*******. The shoes arrived on November 26,2022. I never received an email that the shoes had been shipped. My complaint is that the shoes arent what I was overall looking for once I saw them in person after they arrived to my home. So, I thought no problem Ill just return them. I went to the website address Easyspirit.com/returns to start the return process and when I put in my order number it came up with a grayed out picture of my item and said Not yet shipped. This was a bit confusing because I had the shoes in front of me. From there I decided to call their customer service number. That got me nowhere. I spent 45 minutes on hold before I was eventually disconnected from the call. This happened every time I attempted to reach customer service over several days. I also sent an email inquiry to try and reach someone about returning the shoes and I have never heard back. The company seems to no longer have any physical store locations for me to call and try to receive help retuning the shoes. I would just like to return the shoes for a refund of the $79.99 I paid for them. I do not understand the difficulty with try to reach Easy Spirit and I have read other complaints about their customer service. Everything from people never receiving the item they ordered to only being refunded less than half of what they spent onto a gift card. Its unacceptable for a company to treat their customers in this manner. I would appreciate some form of a resolution to this problem.Business Response
