      Less than one star. Order ES-******* June 8 Order ES-******* June 8 I bought two pairs of sandals on line. The shipment started on June 10 with delivery date June 13, after June 16. Apparently the order arrived to my city but someone on Easy Spirit ordered to send back the package without any notification to me. I called them on June 16 and immediately they offer a reimbursement in aprox two weeks or reorder paying the full price. Today I contacted them again and the response was the same. The agent processed the refund without considered a reshipment *********** of experience: 18 June 2025

      ***** contacting their customer service. No response after 2 attempts. They did start spamming me though with email ads. My question to them was why a different price comes up for their shoes when you do a search but then at checkout the price increased by almost $30.

      They sent me a miss marked pair of shoes that were too long for my feet. I am disabled and have worn the same shoe size for years but they sent me a wrong size. When I called them they told me it was a final sale which was not told to me when I purchased them. They would not return even though it was their mistake and suggested I donate the shoes. The person I spoke to was also rude.

      Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they only sent one. I reached out several times, they rarely respond. Asked me which pair was missing but never issued a refund. There is no number listed to call customer service, I had to find one on the internet. They did not return call. Still no refund for shoes that were never received.

      Easy Spirit charged me just under $18 to return shoes that didn't fit well. I have had their brand of shoes before, but they are not easy to find in stores right now. Looking online, I gave careful thought to buying but went with trusting the established company name.
      Got the shoes, tried them on but then had to male a difficult decision to do the return. Toe area was not wide enough in the 8 1/2Wide, but the heel was too wide. Sadly, I started the return, as I really wanted to love these shoes.
      I saw there was a $6.95 restocking fee. Knowing this is becoming more common, I grimaced to myself, but continued the return. What I didn't know would happen was they reversed my discount of $8.90 and also made me pay that when doing my return! My purchase total was $49.76 and my return apparently will be $31.94. At this point, I am giving 2 stars because the shoe quality is not in question, other than fit for my feet. However, making me repay the discount I was given is very poor business!

      THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF! THEY WANTED TO KEEP 17.00 OF MY 50.00 ORDER FOR BOOTS THAT I RETURNED. I HAD TO PAY 9.95 TWICE FOR SHIPPING . I CALLED AND PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES TO BE TOLD THEY WILL REFUND 6.95 FOR RESTOCKING FEES.

      This customer service is highly unsatisfactory! The first ****** I spoke with told me to return both pairs of shoes then call to ask that the funds be returned to the gift card and finally to refund the monies from the gift card to my form of payment .The second ****** tells me that (1) one pair was never received ( I sent both via **** and that (2) the monies could not be returned from the gift card! So, now Im out definitely for one pair ( no reimbursement at all) and the second pair that was received, no verification that it was even put on the gift card at all!!Very unsatisfied customer!!

      I bought very cute leather boots in May 2023 and by the following year, the soles are falling off. They're super comfortable, so I contacted the company, only to get a canned response of their return policy within 30 days, blah-blah-blah, but as a courtesy, a 20% off coupon for another pair. I am doubtful the response even came from an English-speaking person and they seem to not care about customer service. Then I get another email telling me "this ticket is closed" before I could even respond, then another email asking if I was satisfied, but when I tried to reply, "oops, too late, that ticket is also now closed". WHAT THE HECK? *******************, along with very poor workmanship in their product.

      I like and have worn Easy Spirit shoes for man years. The product is very good. However, this time the shoes I ordered online at Easy Spirit didnt fit right and I returned them to exchange for a different size. I never saw a statement saying Id have to pay return mailing charges. They refunded me $50.22 on an online gift card. When I repurchased the same product a size smaller I was charged $85. That means they charged me $39,46 for return mailing.They should not try to hide this from their customers. Next time Ill buy from Amazon which has excellent return policies.
