      I ordered a pair of hiking boots that were on sale for $*****. Plus I paid an additional $9.95 for shipping, for a total of $39.94. The boots were really heavy and did not fit well so I am returning them, which will cost me $6.95 to ship them back to Easy Spirit. The $6.95 is deducted from my refund amount of ***** for the boots, leaving a refund to me of $23.04, not the total I originally paid including shipping. So, I just paid a total of $16.90 to try on a pair of boots. Easy Spirit's quality control has gone way down over the years and the same style fits differently depending which country the shoe is made in, so more often than not, the shoes need to be returned. I will not order from them again.

      I ordered a pair of booties in 9 M. After 2 weeks I got my order. Unfortunately they were size 5 M. I have tried contacting Easy Spirit who claims to be available on line for **************** from 8am to 10pm Monday through Friday. Im listening to loud music for over 15 minutes for each time I called!! No agent picks up!! Very unhappy with Easy Spirit as there is nothing easy about this company!!!

      I have tried for months to use my "happy returns money" I have with easy spirit. The amount is $124.97 and when I try to use the gift card numbers they gave me, it says there is an error. I guess I have lost my money. I keep trying to reach customer service and that is impossible.

      Do not buy shoes from Easy Spirit their customer service is nonexistent!!You will never see the credit that is due to you for a return. When you call they tell you you will get an email within an hour. This satisfies you FOR THE MOMENT. Then an hour passes, then two, then 3. You get the picture. You call again - spend another hour and a half or more between being on hold and all their excuses. Just to be told again they will email you the credit. I have been waiting since October for a credit. It is now December 29th. I ask them to process a new order for me and apply my credit. WELL ISNT THIS INTERESTING THEY CANT DO THAT!! Really you cant process a. Order and apply a credit to the order? Yet I cant order online because I dont have the credit (gift card) you promised me since October. No resolution The rep wont put a supervisor on the phone. Crooks!!

      No one answers at customer service telephone number I received the wrong pair of shoes in a size 5 in a different pattern when I ordered a size 7 1/2 in white sparkle it is not even close and I cannot get through to customer service to get my $50 returned to me I do believe this is a scam telephone number I waited for 15 minutes before my cell phone went dead and I hung up in frustration

      The worst customer service ever... I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift more than a month ago. Each time I check, it's said preparing for shipping. I called the customer service more than a week ago and they were so careless and said that it's a pre-order and you'll get it in few days, so talked to a supervisor and requested a ticket to send me a resolution in 24 hours...Nothing changed for a full week. Tried to contact **************** for 2 times the agent would hang up and then 4 times waiting for more than 30 min on hold and couldn't reach them. Now I'm traveling in few days and didn't have the gift for my friend and didn't have time to order another one....Very disappointed

      This company is a scam! I ordered a pair of shoes, but when they said the package arrived it wasnt there. I contacted customer service, but they only have an email address and they never responded to my email. I now have to dispute the charge with my debit card company.

      Like many others, I believed their free returns actually means free returns. It doesnt because Easy Spirit charges a **** restocking fee. What a scam! Ive been trying to get ahold of them and so far *** had no luck. I found something thats says you can get the **** back but only as store credit. I dont want store credit, I just want my original investment returned.I think they are committing false advertising!

      I agree with *********************** to be free returns but not true. Charged $6.95 after paying $10.00 shipping. Shoes are not true to size. I could slide my fingers under top of shoe. Back strap would not pull tight. Now I am out $16.95. This is my last time ordering from Easy Spirit. Postage is a rip off. From now on everything will be ordered through ******.com. They are great.

      ORDER ********** I purchase 2 pairs of shoes; the website clearly indicates in bold when you are purchasing "FREE RETURNS". I received the shoes and there was a fit issue, I retuned the shoes and I was charged $6.95 to return the shoes. Easy Spirit is hooking up people with lies and the reviews are false. My review was never posted on their site because it was a bad review. I want my order to be fully refunded, including $6.95. I will never purchase from this company again.
