      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the day after Thanksgiving 2024 (Black Friday Sale) that were plainly marked 30% off on each individual listing. I was charged full price. I have contacted them by phone and email numerous times. They have told me every single time that they have escalated my issue. I have been telling them to refund the money they overcharged me.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from **** **** that were to be delivered on 12/05/2024. I contacted the company when I noticed the shoes had not been shipped on time and that the delivery date was approaching in 48 hours. I informed the representative that I would pay extra shipping charges to have the shoes delivered by the 5th so that if there was an issue I could return them. I informed the representative, if the item didn't arrive by the 5th I would not be able to return the product because I'd be out of the country until the end of January.On December 5th, 2024, the item was not set to arrive and so I reached out to the representatives at **** **** again and told them to stop shipment and return to sender. They informed me they would do so and refund me for the item. I never received a refund and when I returned to my home today, the item had been delivered. I contacted **** **** to start a return for the item and they told me the return period was expired. So because **** **** did not deliver the item on time they are refusing return of the item despite me informing them that I did not want the item before I received it and would be unable to return in the timeframe listed on their site due to travel.

      I placed an order on 11-10-24 using the coupon code "*****" which was supposed to take 40% off my order. The coupon code was accepted and I hit "submit my order" after entering my email address last. As soon as I did this the website automatically reversed my discount, gave me no warning of doing so, and submitted my order charging me full price. I immediately emailed the company explaining what happened. The company has been completely silent on the matter and won't answer me. I included pictures of the email I sent to them, my order confirmation showing that it charged me full price instead of the discounted price, and I also included a picture that proves that the discount code "*****" still works as of this message until you enter your email address. If you forget to enter your email address first and enter it last like I did you are given no warning that the discount code is no longer available. I expect to receive a refund for the amount of the discount that I was supposed to receive and an apology for ignoring my email.

      I ordered a new pair of shoes. The company sent a damaged pair of shoes and refused to replace or refund stating that it was a final sale. *** NEVER had a company send a damaged product and refuse to correct their mistake.

      Date of the Transaction: 1/19/23 Tracking Number #: ********************** I have contacted ***************** multiple times regarding my shipment and I have not received any insight into the delay of my package. The estimated delivery of my package has been pushed back four times with no end in sight and very little assistance in following up on this order. I paid $137.61 for the item and it is related to a time-sensitive event so this delay in delivery is particularly frustrating. Ultimately, I would like to receive my item in a timely fashion because this delay in delivery is nothing short of concerning.
