      Terrible customer service. Placed 1st order for a shoe in my size and received 30 days later and was multiple sizes too small. Placed an exchange order and took another 30 days to receive. Once received, I immediately reached out to notify them that these too were WAY too small. They informed me that the shoe they sent me as an exchange is now listed as final sale and will not be offering a refund. nearly 80 days of working with them and now a donation to a terrible company as I can't wear the shoes and they refuse a return. Not sure how they have an A- accreditation given all of these terrible reviews.

      Horrible company!! Sent shoes back. They received them on 1/12/23. I am still waiting for credit!! Useless customer service just says you should have credit next week.... every time I call, multiple times over the past 3 weeks

      they are SO terrible. Refunds supposedly take 30 days. Hilarious. It also takes 2 weeks to get a pair of $165 shoes with the CHEAPEST slowest ************** Everything is always out of stock and the shoes run comically large, like 1.2 sizes too big.
