    On 7/13/23 I placed an order on the British Knights website for a pair of shoes totaling $79.99. Due to inconsistencies between the mens and women's size charts, I requested to return the item on 7/19/23. Despite multiple messages, I have yet to receive a return label. It is now 7/27/23. I did receive a message from customer service on 7/20/23 stating "Once you log in to generate your return label, save the pdf file and the *** clerk can print your label."I have no such login. One was not required at the time of purchase. I shared as much with customer service on the same date and again, still have yet to receive any label in order to return my product. I have followed up with multiple subsequent label requests without any success.

    I made a purchase on ******** on October 22, 2022 (********) through PayPal. The order was marked as delivered but I never received it. After going back and forth with ********* and PayPal for several months, **** finally agreed to issue my refund on May 12, 2023. PayPal is now stating they have yet to receive any refund from Lugz and is advising me to contact Lugz for additional assistance. This situation has exhausted me beyond measure. Lugz is impossible to get in touch with. The customer service is never available via Chat during the hours they are supposed to be available. It takes months, literally months, for a representative to respond via email. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service I've received from Lugz and quite honestly, this is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever encountered. Please have the Director of **************** contact me immediately so this issue can be resolved once and for all or I will be focrced to pursue litigation against your company!!******************************* ************ ******************

    I placed an order for a pair of Men's Clipper Denim Sneaker from ********, order #********. Also known as Jack Schwartz Shoes. I ordered size 9.5, which I wear, but these were too large. I had a chat conversation on March 8, 2023 concerning order this order at the Lugz website. I was told in the chat that I would receive a return shipping label either that day or in the next morning via email. Also, the restocking fee would be waived. I have yet to receive the return label. I have sent repeated emails about this order as well. They have refused to reply to my emails and their chat window says they are not available at this time. I have sent repeated emails asking for the return label to no reply. The original contact person was ***************************. I have files a complaint with PayPal #******************. Since these were shipped across state lines I also filed a complaint with the ************************* #*********. I am now filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have also seen on line others complain about poor return service on items. I have the shoes and will be glad to return them. I just need the return label and to be credited a refund.
