    I have been buying from Lugz for years. Something went wrong and my order was never packed. All I wanted was my order shipped. They had my money and the product. Instead they sent me refund and no explanation. The refund was issued through PayPal. I paid with a credit card and do not feel I should have to set up a PayPal account to accept a refund. I do not understand this type of customer service. This has been a horrible experience.

    The customer service is a farce tried calling to all four numbers and about 7 email's with no relief.sent package back and still after a month and a half no response or refund I will never use this company again
