    Placed two orders with the company with expedited shipping that did not come in time and would like a refund for the shipping since I never received the service. I placed an order on April 1st, for two day shipping and the item was not only delivered to the wrong address, but wasn't scheduled for delivery until April 7th, well beyond the two day shipping I paid an extra $14 for. When I called the shipping company to see if it can be changed and found that it could not I placed another order on April 3rd for one day shipping, spending an additional $24 because I had an event on April 5th I needed the shoes for. Not only did this order not come in one day, but was delivered on April 6th. When talking with the company they said they would not offer a refund, however if I'm paying that much for a service they need to be able to provide it.

    I purchased a pair of boots that were too large and returned them via their return slip and authorization on 2/25/2025. Tracking indicates that the package was delivered to them on 2/28/2025. Per their website, their policy is to provide refund within 5-7 days. I reached out on 3/12/2025 to inquire about my refund and was told they would research the issue. I reached out the next day and was told that they had not received the return and to wait until 3/17/2025 and if there were no updates they would manually process my refund. I reached out on 3/17/2025 for my refund and was told that they received the item; however, they wanted me to wait an additional 5-7 days to refund the funds owed. I advised that this was not acceptable and that per them they were processing a refund on 3/17/2025. They have not responded to my communication and I feel as though I am getting the run around and they never intend to refund the amount that I am owed.

    On 2/3 I accidentally placed an order on the Vince camuto website. Within a minute from accidentally placing an order with wrong sizes I contacted Vince camuto to cancel. I didnt not receive a response until 2 days later when the package had already shipped out. The package then was lost and never arrived to me and I was referred to route for a refund. Route asks for personal information such as my ID and social security number. I explained that this order was NOT intended to be placed and that the order itself came with route without my consent as the route option is automatically included without you asking for it. I would like Vince camuto to take responsibility for this missing order without the assistance of route who asks for intrusive information. Being the. victim of stolen identity this experience has been negative to say the least and now being asked for my personal information is even worse.

    I was ordering the ******* boots in black and noticed they had a sign under it that said get 20 percent off first order if you sign up for alerts and notifications. I signed up for the alerts and they sent me a code which was *********** Upon trying to redeem the code it said that the boots are not eligible. Its nowhere on the website that tells why theyre ineligible so I called customer service. I talked to a representative and she tells me I cant use it because they were already on sale. I explained to her that the code didnt specify that you couldnt use it on sale items and they had the 20 percent off right under the boot that was on sale. So she says well she will give it to me I need to send in a picture of the boot with code. I sent it in and then she came back to say Oh the code is under a boot that is sold out . The boot I was ordering was not sold out it was the black ones in an 81/2 and I told her even if they were sold out you still had the extra 20 percent off code under that particular boot. Nowhere under the boot ir in the code they sent me was told that you couldnt use the promotion on sale items. Thats false advertising when you display something to get people to put their information in then say oh you have to use it on a full price item. I wouldnt have put my email in if I couldnt use it on that particular boot. I also asked for corporate number and was told the only way to contact them is through email.

    So tired of the incompetencies from your customer service people, that do not comprehend English,.Your people lied to **************** and said my boots were not returned! On your website in my profile, it clearly states and shows proof that my return was received !RETURNED COMPLETED 12-2-24 RETURN IN PROGRESS 11-5-24 1- why does it take you one month to process a return 2- why did your people lie to AMEX (form of payment) about my return 3- why cant your staff do their job 4- why do I have to babysit your staff and my account 5- do your jobs 6- credit my Amex account $159.43 asap!7- I will file additional reports for your carleesness.

    They confirmed receipt of the returned boots , credit has STILL not been applied to my credit card. Merchant still owes me the money. They are taking FORVER to credit back my account! Unacceptable
