    I ordered a sandal on 3/27/25 online. I contacted Vince Camuto to state I had not received the item. The representative was not helpful and stated I would have to take it up with the shipper because I didn't purchase route insurance. I have been an online shopper for decades and have NEVER received such poor customer service. Not receiving an items happens every now and again, but I have always been refunded my money from the company I purchased the product from. DO NOT BUY VINCE CAMUTO.

    I bought the ****** Espadrille Wedge Sandal on 03/13/25 (Order: VC999101), and shortly after, I noticed that the item had gone on sale. This sale occurred within the return period of my purchase, yet the customer service representative and manager I spoke to stated they were unable to offer a price adjustment since it was past the 7-day period of the courtesy credit they ********** a loyal customer, I find this policy unacceptable and unfair. It is only reasonable to receive the sale price for an item purchased so recently, especially since I was still able to return the item. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and disregarded as a customer. I was inconvenienced by having to return and repurchase the item at the sale price, and to make matters worse, I had to pay a "handling fee" to return the item. All this for what? I would understand if the return period had expired, but it had not.I love Vince Camuto shoes, but after this experience caused me so much frustration and inconvenience, I will NEVER order from here again. You have lost a loyal customer due to an asinine policy!
