      The products I ordered online from Sur La Table were very nice. However, a week after I placed this order a duplicate order was generated and my account charged a second time without my authorization. I responded to the notification as soon as I received it to say the order was an error. Two days later I finally received a response from customer service only to tell me they couldn't stop the order because it had been shipped. However, I was to email them when the package was received and they would provide me with a return label. Once they have the package back, they will refund my money. How generous of them to refund me for something I didn't order. I won't order another item from Sur La Table over poor customer service and concerns about orders being generated by them and charged to my account.

      I placed an order with this company. it never arrived, they told me to open a claim with **** i did, the claim was closed because they were calling the wrong number, i tried to open it again, and they never called me yet again, i asked sur la table for help several times and they did not when *** delivered this to the wrong home!!! i am so upset and out $500!

      bought a pan for Christmas for my mother, ended up not wanting and even after the return window closed, service was able to help me with the return when the store was unable to. Awesome!

      I agree with all the other complaints, they are 100% spot on. The policies and customer service, or lack there of, is AWFUL!!! I am very sad to see that this company has gone down the tubes. Buyers definitely beware!!!!

      The manager I spoke to was extremely rude. Buyer beware and do not take the cooking classes.
