      Very grateful for ********. I started managing our Mutual of America account this year and he has been so helpful and responsive with any information I ask for. He is so kind and informative which continues to help me further understand this process. If he is unsure of an answer, he gets the answer and responds in a very timely manner. He seems very organized and never misses a beat, in turn this makes my job easier.

      Do not sign up with these people through your employer or anyone. They Are scammers. They will take your money from your paycheck and it will be extremely hard to get it back once you are no longer employed. **************** is terrible and they will keep lying to you every time you call. This is the worse investment company out of all of them stay away from these people!!!

He spoke clearly, intelligently and was totally knowledgeable regarding the subject matter. His pleasant attitude never changed, even though I was a bit slow with the understanding of how the *** works with MOA.He shows very well for the quality and integrity of Mutual of America, and I'm glad to have been able to work with him.****** M ****************, **

      I've had bad experiences with Mutual of America! I've been locked out of their system repeatedly, I've been told false information. Ima trying to close a very small amount and I'm terrified I Won't get my money.

      Absolute worst customer service. Although, I have email receipts of when documents were submitted they claim to have no knowledge of ever receiving them.This is after speaking with one their representatives a week prior who at that time noted that my application was received and in process. Only to call back and have them tell me they have no knowledge of receiving anything from me. Furthermore, they refuse to take the time to patiently and with tact resolve the matter. They are uncaring, short, and well beneath the basic standards of conducting business.

      Mutual of America has an employee named *********************************, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He has always been available to help when needed. I am super grateful for his time he gives. His explanations when I have had a question is worded in a form that I can understand. I was super sad when Mutual of America took him out of our region and relocated him to different states. He has always been attentive to our needs with quick responses.

      I have been a client with MoA since June 2023. I have had accounts with a couple of other retirement companies and Mutual of America has been the easiest to work with. I can't recommend them enough.My advisor (*********************) has done a fantastic job. He helped me roll over my funds from a couple of other employers (including needing to get a sworn/notarized statement done) and made me feel like it was a manageable process.I have also done a couple of account review meetings with him and I appreciate how candid, honest, and thorough he has been. I walked away from both meetings feeling good about future action items and reassured that I am still on the right path. ***** has made himself available to all of the employees at my company and is easy to talk to. If he were to leave, I am really hoping that they hire someone as good as him!
