      Mutual of America were emailed forms back that was sent to me on July 19, 2022 at their request via *******. So frustrated as I have been with them for over 20 years. Today, I get blank forms again? I am in **** need of receiving my money. It used to take 3 days and It's a been week past. Can't reach anyone on the phone and all local offices are closed. Please help me as I have been not able to pay bills and been to food banks. I am going to loose my house.

      This business has a horrendous turn around time and less than professional staff. I submitted loan documents on 7/19 and they assured me it would be a rush application because they initially lost some of my loan documents. As of 7/28 I still do not have my loan money. This is NOT a 403-b administrator they are a ************** plan and a horrible one at that! Do not do business with this company. They do not keep their word do not act ethically and quite frankly if I was permitted to remove my money from this plan I would but guess what! Thats not allowed! Go figure. I wanted to give them less than 1 star but that option was not available.

      This company was great when I was contributing to my plan. Now that I am retired and drawing out funds monthly, I get zero customer service. They do not answer their phones, locally or regionally, they do not reply to emails or phone messages!

      The agency I work for has done business with Mutual of America for over 20 years. I personally have a TDA with them and wished to withdraw funds. I called for two days straight before I finally got to talk to a person. I was on hold for a total of six hours yesterday. I finally left a call back number in the system and did not receive one. Today I started the process all over again. After holding for 45 minutes I left a call back number and finally received a call back. When I told him what I needed he informed me he wasn't "licensed to help me and would have to get his supervisor to help me". I was placed on hold again and eventually the phone went dead. I called back this afternoon and after a lengthy hold someone actually answered, and the form I needed was sent by email. Apparently they are all working remotely and it doesn't matter which office you call, all calls route to the number in ********. Although the last person I spoke with was able to help, overall, it has been the poorest service I have ever received with this company. A customer or a ********************** doing business with Mutual of America should not have to go through this to get to speak with a representative. I am pretty sure I am going to pull all our agency's policies from them as well as our employee TDA's and find another resource. I am not going through this every time I need to speak to an agent. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received from any company in the many years I have worked. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

      I have repeatedly tried to call all the numbers for M of A and have yet to speak to a live person.In fact every single number one calls, their message says due to a higher volume than ever they are busy. Even first thing in the a.m.I even pushed a call back and have yet to receive a call.They have all my money. ***?Is this how they save money? There is no customer service.Out of frustration, I pushed the numbers to get a loan office who told me they couldn't help me and that they would send an email asking someone to call me. That was a good 2 hours ago!

      I am extremely frustrated with Mutual of America. After three weeks of trying to have a simple verification document sent to my new address. ,and being assured that it had been sent (several times) i have yet to receive it. When trying to reach a representative by phone...you are on hold for hours...regardless of the branch contacted. I have tried to access my account via the website. on multiple occasions to no avail. They list a number to deal with website issues but they just put you back ion hold for hours with no response. Once i eventually get in contact with them ,i plan to discontinue my relationship with MOA., as i am appalled by their shoddy business practices. If there were a way to give them less than 1 star.., I would

      Like everyone else I cant get through to find out if they received my withdrawal paperwork. I was on hold for over 4 hours yesterday and was never helped. I thought if I called when they opened today I might get someone to help, but its now over one hour and still no help. I feel they need to be investigated. Petition???
