    One time they paid me and it was okay it was still a little late I don't think they know what they are doing and they have very weird slow and bad customer service.The second time I haven't received my payment they keep saying that they can't send it to me even though I change my number and verified it and then they haven't responded to customer service emails for more than a ********'s been weirdly horrible dealing with them and I wouldn't recommend *******'s a special message to your company and team don't be so rude do your job if you're gonna offer it don't keep money away from customers paid people when they're supposed to be paid and if you can't do your job right don't do it.

    I initially had high hopes for Aisle, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After submitting multiple rebate claims that met all their requirements, I received no confirmation, no payment, and no response from their support team.I attempted to contact Aisle through every possible channel, including their support email, website contact form, and even social media. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was completely ignored. To make matters worse, my account was suddenly blocked with no warning or explanation, preventing me from accessing any existing rebates or using the app at all.A company that offers rebates and cashback should be transparent and responsive to its users, but Aisle has demonstrated a complete lack of accountability. Their refusal to answer support inquiries and their practice of blocking users without cause suggests they are not operating in good faith.I strongly advise against using this service until they prove they can handle customer support and honor their advertised rebates. If youre considering using Aisle, be aware that you may not receive the cashback youre promised, and you might be banned for no reason if you try to follow up. I hope this review encourages them to address these serious issues and improve their customer service.

    Like others, I have used Aisle for a few years now without an issue. Then I tried sending a receipt for an offer. They declined paying out, stating the offer was for purchasing 2 products. Which was not what my original text stated. After a few back and forths with cs, getting nowhere, that the rep stopped replying. Didn't think much of it until I tried signing up for an offer and got a message that I was ineligible. This kept happening. Then saw in an Aisle fb group as well as Reddit thread of others having the same issue. I sent an email to CS and sure enough got the dreaded generic reply that my acct was suspended due to violating their TOS. I have sent several follow up emails to get to the bottom of my suspension, explaining I've never redeemed an offer multiple times nor have I ever used multiple phone numbers to redeem an offer multiple times! Think someone would have the decency to reply back? Nope. I eventually contacted the brand about the text offer, explained what happened. At least they had the decency to make it right and sent the reimbursement.
    Aisle is a small start up competiting against apps like Ibotta and Fetch. Be weary of them.

    This company is a scam as they owe me a reimbursement for a product that they advertised for. I signed up for this product, purchased it within the time frame, and now they say I am not eligible for this offer because I've redeemed it but I never have. I have all the text messages as proof so I reached out to their customer service at support but have not heard back and its been over a month even though I've been following up. This is deceitful business practice and I cannot see this company sticking around for long.

    I had a similar experience to the other review posted here. I used aisle for a few years and really enjoyed it as a way to try new products. However, within the past month, they did not provide the rebates after I purchased items, as indicated in the directions. When I questioned this, they told me that I violated the rules. I've emailed them twice in an attempt to prove that this was not the case, but they have not responded. This is unfair, as I spent around $45 on products for which I was supposed to be reimbursed for. When I ******* the company, I found Reddit threads from people with similar experiences.

    I used aisle for quite some time without issues then suddenly last month they stopped sending the rebate and I wasnt getting a response from customer service. When I contacted them I got some generic automated message and I explained them I did not break any rules so why did not receive my payment after my receipt was approved. No response again after so many emails. I found so many people complaining online they did the same to them without explanation. Ive all my receipts and texts as proof. They owe people explanations at the very least. This is bad buisness practice and not responding to people and ghosting is bad customer service.
