Over the last several months, Ive experienced repeated, unexplained account suspensions from Aisle a mobile rebate platform. Since April 2024, *** submitted over 20 support tickets and email follow-ups. Many were ignored entirely. Others resulted in temporary reinstatement of my account, only to be re-suspended after valid redemptions.Their support team has acknowledged the issue and even processed reimbursements, but fails to provide clear communication, a path to resolution, or consistent access to the service. Ive acted in good faith at every step and even offered to return any disputed funds, yet Ive been ignored for months at a ******* of July 16, I still cannot access offers, my account is seemingly flagged again, and no one at Aisle has responded since their last vague update. Im asking for transparent resolution and permanent restoration of access.Initial Complaint

They falsely accuse people of breaking their terms of service. It's far from an isolated case, check the reviews under Trustpilot, search online "Gogoaisle suspended" you'll find everyone talking about this. They told me I made multiple accounts and received rebate for same item more than once, but they don't accept VOIP numbers and only other number I have is a VOIP number so technically it's not even possible for me to get 2 functional gotoaisle accounts! They false accused me of doing something that's not possible to do. I even offered to pay them for whichever product I allegedly got rebate for more than once provided evidence, they ignored me.A friend also complained that after she sent her rebate receipt, they stopped responding to her. It's the same story all over the internet and on Reddit every time, they make up an imaginary story about breaking ToS, block you and I can only imagine pocket the rebate amount. This's a dishonest company and any brand reading this should avoid them at all costs. There're better companies for offering rebates and they're honest. Had I only bothered to check online reviews, I would've never accepted their "offers", yet here we're. I'm writing this review so especially brands and after brans, consumers don't make the same mistake. I'll be filing a complaint with ************************** as well. I implore you to check their Better Business Bureau page, currently 32 complaints, mostly gone unanswered and complaining about the same thing. This company is falsely accusing everyone of being a deceptive scammer, however it's not all of us complaining about the company on every website here are the scammers, it's the company who's scamming innocent people out of rebates.Customer Answer

I signed up for a rebate for a free August pads or tampons product through aisles website, purchased the product, and submitted the receipt. I received a text that my rebate of $9.99 was approved and should arrive in my account within ***** hours. The rebate never deposited in my account. After texting for support I received the following message Thanks for submitting a receipt. It looks like this August receipt has already been submitted for reimbursement on another platform, so we cannot accept it at this time.This is untrue. My receipt was not submitted to any other platform. I did purchase a similar product on a different receipt and submitted to a different platform which does not violate any terms of service for either platform as I did not combine rewards. It was two separate purchases, on two separate receipts, sent to two separate platforms. Each receipt had a unique transaction number and transaction time stamp. After informing aisle that I did not submit the same receipt to another platform they have stopped responding and have not issued the rebate that already said was approved.Initial Complaint

I was suddenly blocked/banned with no explanation, told to contact this specific email. I have been trying to contact them again and again over the last few months. They have an app Ive tried to use, and that doesnt allow me past the first page.Ive tried to text the number for support as well and havent received anything. I have not doubled up on offers or anything like that so I dont understand whats going on. I want an answer and to be reinstated! I have been using Aisle (******************************** or *************************************) for a while now. This is a program that if you enter your phone number on their website, they will send you a link to be rebated for purchasing grocery items at certain locations indicated on the offer. I have used this program for probably over a year now. I recently submitted probably about 6 or 7 rebates on February 7th. I received messages back approving some rebates and others saying they are reviewing and would get back within 48 hours (normal process for Aisle). Within those 48 hours, I received a message back on one of the rebates, saying "It appears that receipt has already been submitted and can not be accepted". After I looked at the receipt I submitted, the receipt had two items purchased on it which I believe triggered this. One was a frozen item, and one was a refrigerated item..... clearly two different items. These both were from the company ******** Natural Foods". Request for support though the text were never returned. I then wrote to ************************************ asking why this was not accepted. I then got an email back saying that my whole account has been shut down because I "submitted a fabricated receipt" which is completely false. Also, within that email, it stated that I could respond and they would be glad to look into and correct any misunderstanding. I have since emailed them 5 times with no response. I feel they have shut my account down incorrectly and are refusing to review and see that I have done nothing wrong. I have asked them, on all occasions to explain, but no answer. They also have not paid me for what I feel is money owed to me (although it's not a lot... probably around $20... not sure exact amount). I would like this reviewed and responded back to, from the company, to show proof that I submitted a false/fake receipt. I would also like for them to provide the money that I feel is owed to me. I got banned from using the platform gotoaisle without an explanatory reason. I contacted them and they said I submitted an altered receipt but I had never submitted any receipt with alterations. I was a avid user of ******************** for years and have had 1 or 2 issues with them trying not to pay me before but this is ridiculous I recently had 2 offers cause issues on the first I had am offer to buy 1 Ithaca hummus and receive the purchase cost back it did not say you couldn't use coupons on the offer but they refused to pay me for it but they paid multiple other people for the same offer with the same coupon the second offer was for melindas hot sauce I received an offer to buy 1 get $.75 back it did not say spend over $.75 get it back I found one on sale for $.62 so I bought it and they refused to give me the money back and when I pointed out after multiple times of customer service repeatedly saying the same thing I informed them this was literally false advertisement of which they proceeded to ban my number from all future offers this company is a giant scam that will do anything to not pay what they promised they did the same thing to my mother who is on a very limited incomeCustomer Answer

Aisle markets their offers to me on social media. First, they worked fine, other than a consistent glitch (the photos I took of my receipts being not delivered via text; Aisle more often than not responded with an upload link). Then, no upload link, no reply. So I was stuck with an expensive food item I wouldnt otherwise have tried, but for the marketing offer. Tried to contact customer service by phone, email, text,.no response. Eventually, weeks later, I got a form reply, send us your phone number and well look into it. Did, nothing happened. No updates from customer service. After that, I kept getting offers marketed to me but I was unable to activate them; it would say something like,you dont qualify for this offer. No support or explanation was provided. I read about many, many customers having similar issues with **********************. It appears our numbers were blocked for usually unknown reasons. A few months later, I downloaded their app; suddenly, my phone number worked to activate offers again: I bought a few items and redeemed them. Then suddenly no replies again. Now Im stuck with an item I would not have purchased otherwise. My profile still looks active in their app (new offers keep appearing, but when I activate them, Im not being sent any texts with redemption numbers). I contacted customer service numerous times by all means possible (submitting a ticket, requesting a chat) but nothing. I feel that if Aisle decides to block customers, at least they owe an explanation. And need to stop targeting us online. I still see their offers on social media. Also, I am now very reluctant to buy products from any of the companies that hire Aisle for their marketing, and Im usually a prime customer for most of the companies and products. (I sometimes tried items I wouldnt have tried without the offer but generally, these are products I buy.)Customer Answer

I purchased ******** Farms Sauerkraut Organic Kimchi Style from ******* in ************ on 11/11/2024 and I subsequently submitted a receipt on 11/12/24 to the ******** Farms Sauerkraut AISLE campaign I was signed up for. My receipt was approved on 11/12/24 and I was told I would receive reimbursement within ***** hours. However, over 2 months later, I have yet to be paid. I tried reaching out to Aisle support numerous times via text and email, but I have not heard anything back. I have not been given the advertised reimbursement as promised, and I kindly urge businesses collaborating with AISLE to carefully consider this unfair practice before engaging with them.
