    On 06/29 I ordered my DD214. I paid the additional fee to have it sent within 2 business days. Bringing the cost of it to $136. It is 07/10 I have yet to receive my DD214.

    Although we will provided *************** digital certified copies of his documents
    the same day they were retrieved from the records facility The average
    facility processing time is no less than 18 business days (The fastest
    processing possible for his records location). processing times can
    very greatly depending on the averages of each specific facility
    according to that facilities internal processing. The average overall is
    no less than 18 business days. Some come earlier some later. To get a
    better understanding of specific processing times (Available right from
    our order page)  you can view our processing estimator at:

    under "Check the Current ************************** Which will give
    general facility processing averages based on branch of service and
    discharge dates..The 18 business days service is our emergency express
    service at ****** including shipping. Although this service is what you
    he received it is in actually more costly than what he paid (Minus the VetRecs card an additional service) a
    additional cost we waved under customer mistake. **************** documents were delivered digitally on 7/12. **************** hard copies

    were mailed along with his Vetrecs card on 07/12/23

    Touchstone markets surveys as panel polls , or something to that affect where they usually ask for an adult to involve a child to help complete the survey . I took one with my daughter and the survey asked for everyones name , and eventually wanted emails , addresses and such and as were invited to an *** watch party , then asked for an address one more time ( why a physical address is needed , I dont know ) , but we were apparently disqualified after it told us our address could not be verified and wanted it updated thru some kind of focus group email. What happened here , what was the information used for, what happened to the info given and why did we not qualify for an *** watch party for $10 after a physical address could not be verified ?
