      This business has locked me out of my online account on their website and is not providing me a way to log back in. I have been using this account for more than a year now.On their website the business now asks the customers to provide an email in order to get an activation link to their new website. However, after inputing my email nothing happens and I did not receive any activation.This business has my credit card on file and is sending me products at a regular intervals. At the same time it's charging my credit credit automatically at those intervals.I need to log back in in order to stop this service.

      My husband bought the harrys ****** and it cut him yesterday and got it from ******* supercenter in ************. We want our money back of $70.00dollars. He keeps getting cut and ******* supercenter won't return it because it is too long. We lost the receipts. We were homeless for 24 days and we lived in a motel room. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen and we are a disabled couple. Resolution we want our money back . Because it was our social security money. Thank you.

      I purchased their Flamingo Taro and Rose **** razor at Shoppers Drug Mart in ********, **, ******. I went home and used it that night, I had not even finished shaving one leg and the razor had snapped backwards and was now scratching my with a plastic piece sticking out. I immediately emailed and contacted their customer service (who has a satisfaction guarantee advertising on their website), they said they were unable to do anything about it as I purchased it in ****** and they are a US company. The product was ***** CDN + tax, and I purchased it and paid more than I normally would because it was advertised as a long lasting, effective product. I have never had this issue with a razor before, and assumed the company would handle it effectively. They did not.

      My husband bought the ***** razor and it doesn't shave good. He bought the razor from ********* and he paid $ ***** dollars for the razor and it was new to him. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen and we are on social security. We are a disabled couple. Resolution, we want our money back. Thank you.

      I have not been able to contact this company to stop my subscription for blades. I have done everything on my end to stop it, yet it does not stop and they keep charging my card. You can not email them or phone them or anything!

      We received a solicitation from *****'s in the mail for it's trial set. The ad says we can receive a trial set including a razor, shave gel and travel cover. The same ad appears on its website. There are no conditions or purchase requirements noted in either place. When you go to purchase the trial set you are obligated to select a future purchase option for regular deliveries. It makes no difference whether this commitment can be cancelled by the customer later, it clearly is a case of deceptive marketing and false advertising.

      Getting charged $15.90 for a "core membership" every year after a purchase. Site says core membership is non-refundable when I tried to cancel,I got notified by email with an order number AFTER core membership was processed. A scam.
