      Harrys slammed me with a subscription for blades which I didnt order. The only way to cancel is through a profile I dont have. You cant log in to cancel w/o a pa. They dont send the email to reset the password. They have no way to contact them by phone that I can find. These guys need to be investigated, stat.

      They send you a coupon for a $3 starter kit. That's only if you order a subscription. Quit wasting people's time with bait and switch advertising. Make's you never want to use them.

      I was notified of an automatic shipment (2/24). Upon notification, I attempted to advise them not to make the shipment, which they did anyway. Upon receipt of the shipment (2/18), I immediately returned via ***** marked "RETURN TO SENDER". I have sent multiple emails for them to credit the card used for payment. They have yet to credit or respond to any of my emails. I would appreciate your help.

      There is no way to cancel your subscription from this site. I subscribed for one shipment because I got a advertisement in the mail and it was a good deal.I got the razors. They are average razors. They work just fine, just like any other average razor.Do not give them your credit card information. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop being charged for the subscription from this site.If you try to "unsubscribe" or cancel your subscription, the website will take you to link, after link, after link and take you in circles and never let you cancel.If you call the "contact **" number to try to speak to someone in person, you always get a busy signal. You can call all day long and you will get a busy signal. As soon as you call after hours you get a message that there is no one available to take your call because it's after hours.This company is problematic.
