      I place an order for over $200 over the internet on7.9.24 and supposedly it was delivered to me on 7.17.24. It was delivered and signed for, but not to me. It was delivered to an address in ************ and I am in ******. I have been waiting and finally checked my email and realized this and tracked it via Fed Ex and it has been sent back to korres and they have made no attempt to rectify the problem, refund me, or send it to the proper address. This is atrocious.there is no telephone number that you can call that is functional and they must have so many issues that it will take a year b4 they get to my email. Their customer service and timely communication is non existent. It seems as if this is a common problem with this company.

      Hi I ordered a skin care product from korres and they only send me 4 products I ordered 5 . I keep trying to reach out to them about my last product and no answer! I saw on instagram that they did that to a lot of costumers! There is no phone number I can call I keep emailing them and no one answers! I want my money back ! Thank you !

      Company charged me for items and never sent the items. **************** has not responded to multiple emails sent over 2 weeks.

      On Nov. 27, 2023, I ordered an *** de ******** and a promotional skincare kit with the order#****** from Korres.com for the total amount of $66.29. The company took out the amount immediately from my account and I received an order confirmation. The order conformation states that it will take up to 3 days for processing and that they will notify me as soon as it ships. By Dec. 7, I still had not received a shipping confirmation and I contacted the company's customer service. After receiving the initial autogenerated email, I was finally emailed by a representative and was told that they're working hard on getting their orders out and that she will keep me updated. That never happened and so I emailed customer service multiple time to no avail. On Dec. 14, I finally received a response and was then told that the skin care kit is now out of stock, and if I would like they could still ship the remaining item and reimburse me for the rest. I agreed to that but ones again received no shipping conformation or refund as of yet. I finally emailed again on Dec. ************************************************** receiving any products from them and that I request a complete refund of my order asap and a confirmation. I also told them that I was going to file a complaint against them with the BBB if I didn't hear back from them in 24 hours. That has never happened. As of now, I have not received any more communication from this company, no products I ordered and did not receive a refund!

      I purchased an item on the Korres.com website for their Black Pine 3D Eye-Lift Super Serum for $42.00.I received the item broken. I have contacted the company many times with no reply along with photos. There are no phone numbers to call or information to return the broken item.
