      I placed a order July 19th 2024 haven't received a email or any contact about shipping ive sent numerous emails there isn't a phone number to contact anyone so I guess I'm our ***** dollars and some change save yourself the headache and loss of money don't order from them peroid. Sincerely a ****** off customer in ********.

      I returned an order they told me I can return, its been delivered to them 17 days ago and they havent issued my refund. I keep emailing but theyve stopped responding.

      I placed an order in January through HSN for the Korres White **** Volumizing Serum-in-Moisturizer Meno Reverse (3.38 FL OZ.) and received my **********-shipment with no issue. Auto-Delivery is supposed to be every 90 days and I was expecting a delivery on April 10 and was just informed that the next shipment won't be available to me until August 28, 2024! How can they do that?!? That's way more than the 90 days promised! I understand that supply issues happen, but that is just plain wrong and I am headed to vacation without my face cream! Now I am left scrambling for a substitute face cream! I am absolutely furious!

      customer service is awful. I have contacted them via email twice and a few times over instagram to resolves an issue I had over Black Friday weekend for an online order. I'm very disappointed because I really like the cleanser but the customer service is awful.

      Looks like this company doesn't have any customer service at all. I've received a broken item from them. I sent 2 emails describing my problem, also sent a message to their official page on ********. The whole week passed, and I still do not have any reply from them. They just ignore all my requests.

      Korres honey herbal syrup was amazing! It was so delicious and I remember the ingredients were fennel and anise seed! Licorice root, Please make it and *************!
