The representative was very pleasant and talked me into getting Solar. They sent some people to inspect the house and when that was through, they were supposed to file for permits. As far as i know no permits were filed and i canceled. When i canceled they're telling me now that i owe money to them for what they had done. No work has been done on my house so why would I owe them money? I find the company trying to take advantage of me just wanted to put it out there so maybe other wouldn't have this problem. I feel this company is just trying to take advantage of this.

Hello,Signed a contract with us to engineer, permit and install a solar system on your home. You had us begin the work and complete phase 1 of the project which included us retaining a Professional engineer and a special inspection company in addition to the substantial work we performed with our employees. After we did this work you decided to also move forward with another solar company. As we agreed in the contract between us, if we performed the amount of work on your project we did, and then you canceled there is a cost associated with canceling due to the amount of work we performed.Review fromMiguel L

From the start, their ***** ***** ******* worked with me through the entire process and even at completion of installation. ***** had all the answers to my questions and was always reachable. The installation crew was right on time and finished quickly. My property was left spotless. 5 starsI know you are wary of new things. I was just like you. I asked a hundred questions and was happy with every answer. If you are lucky enough to have a representative of **** like ****** **** you will be a new solar customer soon. ****** was able to give me the technical information and statistics, but to explain it in terms that were easy to understand, which is so important when it comes to the savings, the rebates , the service and MOST importantly for Zero dollars down. I have heard all the no money deals throughout my life, I was a skeptic and you should be too, but sit down with a representative like ****** or his team and let them answer every question. You don't have to take my word for it, do your work and see. Compare your electric bill with them, check out the reviews, ask for customer contacts, that was the final piece that sealed it for me, talk to someone IN YOUR community , that was a skeptic, just like you and I. Working with NY State Solar has been a great experience. The install team did a fine job installing my system and worked ********** Program Manager was ******* L and it has been a wonderful experience. I had an older roof and was able to get a brand new roof with the program. I am highly satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommend.NY State Solar

1 starThis is the worst company I was reading the complaint on the bbb I should have done that from the beginning.Be extra careful with them the sales rep and the owner they will rip you off and they will say you want it for free .Stay away customers service is bad .I hope who ever reads this ,do your homework with this company,they are liers ,Review fromMerideth P
