      This is an email I have to the boss of ***** ******** of NY State Solar about how happy I am with *****, NY State Solar, and my solar panels.
      Hi ***,
      I am writing this email to say how great ***** ******** is. My family is about to have our solar panels installed by your company.
      ***** came to my house and immediately I could see he has a great personality. He is friendly and not pushy at all.
      He was equipped with all the information on the product and on your company. He let your product and your company's greatness do the
      selling. ***** is always in contact with me and checking that everything is going ok. ***** makes everything so easy.
      I was in sales for over 20 years, helped others run their business, and even had a couple businesses on my own. I can tell when a
      person has skill sets and talents that are above what most people have. I call it the secret sauce -- a mixer of talents and skill sets you cannot
      describe in words. You can sense it in a person's conversation and mannerisms. ***** has this secret sauce.
      I see from reviews and your website you have an excellent company and ***** just reinforces all your company has to offer.
      My wife and I are very happy with *****, and we have not even received the solar panels yet. We will definitely recommend your company to others.
      I am sure when people see all those panels on our house, which is a lot they will ask us where we got them from. I will definitely give them *****
      and your company NYSS (NY State Solar) information. I will also do a **** review on my experience.
      My family would like to thank you, your company, and ***** for all you are doing. We are grateful and cannot wait for our solar panels to be installed.

      Had my solar system installed by NYSS in July 2022. My Program Manager was Brent L*******. Brent was a total pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, from completing the paperwork, reviewing my ***** bills, estimating my savings, and keeping me advised of all steps through the process, as well as showing me how to work the app! He is the consummate professional. The installation went off without a hitch and was completed in one day by a team of professionals. They worked cleanly and neatly and I could not have been happier with the install. I am happy I decided to install solar, and am now reaping the rewards! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending New York State Solar.

      NY STATE SOLAR and Tim N*** are the best. Tim explained the whole process every step of the way from consultant to approval to installation and even after. Tim was very professional, kind, courteous and respectful. I strongly recommend both Tim and NY State Solar to anyone who wants to go solar. Thanks guys. You are the ??

      NYSS was great. Franklin explained everything in simple terms and walked us through the process of buying, installing and using the solar system and applications. The installation team was extremely professional, neat and efficient. Our entire system was installed and ready to use in less than a day. We could not have been happier with the service all the way through the process. We would absolute recommend NY State Solar to anyone looking to convert to solar.

      ***** (our salesman) was very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. He always answered whenever I had a question. He made it very easy and painless. This was the same experience I had with the installation crew. Everything came out great and would highly recommend.
