    I purchased a subscription to Stowfly. I contacted them in September 2024 by email to request cancellation. They failed to cancel my account, they continued to charge me for October and November. I saw it on my credit card bill. I want my money back asap, to my credit card. And stop charging me.

    This business advertises a delivery service. I paid their service fee to have my package delievered to one of their contracted stores as I dont have a local address while my child was hospitalized in ******. The tracking in my package said it was delivered. The business said they didnt have my package and their code generated didnt work. I expressed I was leaving ****** in 72 hours, they told me to reach out to stowfly. I did and they have given me the run around. A week later the business found my package and stowfly is refusing to pay to ship to my house. It took them two weeks to find my package from when It was delivered. They also advertise a $1000 insurance policy. I asked them to either simply pay for the postage and ************** to me, or pay for the insurance and they refuse. This is fraud. They also will not give me a phone number or a supervisors name

    I started using ******* to avoid stolen packages and now I have two packages missing. I ordered 3 packages total and had to go through unnecessary trouble to get the first one. Here's a timeline: 1/16 My package was delivered to a business address i selected on ******* (I neverreceived a notification from *******). My proof of delivery is attached.1/20/ 4:30pm: I look up the business on ******* found their number on the website, and called to inquire.- the owner flat out says no and hangs up on me. I call back a couple times to explain about the app. She acted confused. I visited her establishment and discovered she lied about having my package, and was told to return the next day to retrieve it, which I did. I texted her the night before I came to show her my proof of delivery. She caught an attitude and had memory loss on why I called, visited and texted... (screenshots attached). I came the next day 1/21 and retrieved my package. - The owner explained that she was not giving anyone any packages (she had a pile of them that she refused to give to others) but since "I was nice"she gave me mine. 1/21: Later that day I discover package 2 was delivered to her. (Confirmed by *****) and she "doesn't have it". I spoke with *******'s cust. Service, they changed my retrieval address to another location for package 3 so that it won't end up with the incompetent l business owner. Notes: *******'s website states a $1000 insurance - their customer service now says this is only for damages. 1/23:*******'s rep tells me that the business owner who is refusing to give packages to people should have been removed from the app and they were investigating why her address was still there.1/25: Upon speaking with customer service on 1/21, they said I would hear back on Monday on my reimbursement and that I would likely need my proof of purchase and other docs for my purchased packages (I spent nearly $300 combined). I never received a call, just a run around.

    ******* (company of Vertoe, Inc.) offers a service to receive packages on your behalf. They offer $1000 in insurance on your order.I want a reimbursement of $153.52 and a refund of $6.00 from Vertoe for not ensuring that I received my packages. I purchased a booking with Vertoe on October 4th and I still have not received my packages. I paid $6.00 for them to receive 2 packages. (Package 1: ****************** $49.00, tracking # ********************** ***** Package 2: From Baggu, $104.52, tracking # ********************** DHL.) I received confirmation from the Vendors (Baggu and Peach&Lily) that both packages were delivered to the pick-up location, but I was never able to pick them up because the location owner was always absent during open hours. I've attached PDFs of the delivery confirmations and tracking numbers.I messaged Vertoe's customer support on October 11th to inquire about when I could pick up my packages. I've attached a PDF of our email exchange. They instructed me to visit the pick-up location on THREE separate occasions (October 21, 22, and 23) and on all THREE occasions, the location owner was NOT present despite it being during open hours. The pick-up location owner contacted me via text message to visit the location for a FOURTH time on October 24, and again did not follow through on being present at the store. I've attached screenshots of our text exchange.I requested a reimbursement from Vertoe several times, and each time they instructed me to visit the pick-up location despite that the owner was never present.I do not want to visit the pick-up location again because the owner has repeatedly been absent. I just want to be reimbursed for my purchases since Vertoe/******* does advertise a $1000 insurance on orders.
