    Very very poor and in effective strategies to manage client information and payment information. Some of the locations that are available to be used for storage (under the name Stowfly) Are not well-maintained nor secure.

    This company also does business under the name Stowfly, offering a package receiving service. They have arbitrarily charged me for random fees that they claimed were incurred 6-8 months prior and never collected. They then put the onus on the customer to prove the fees they are collecting for packages they said were delivered half a year ago or longer are erroneous. Extremely unethical business practices. Do not entrust this company with your packages or access to charge you at their whim.

    This is a company that has a network of independent locations contracted to store luggage for a daily rental fee. Locations can be dirty, insecure and they have no way to refund your money if the contractor is not providing the service they advertise. They don't let you know the address where your luggage will be stored until after you pay. It is unfirtunate and very disappointing way of doing business.
