    I have written to this company stating that never received my order. I keep getting a scripted email saying the box had been delivered. I keep being told to check with the post office. I've done that and I was told to work with them. I've already done that and was told to contact the company. I just received another email telling this is not there fault so they won't do anything. I want a refund or the box to be resent. I'm going to contact my credit card to get my money back.

    As clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the program that **** agreed to at the time of enrollment, delivery of the product is at the risk of the customer. Once the box is with ***** we are no longer liable for the shipment. As mentioned, these are available on the website for review at any time and during enrollment, **** indicated that she understands the T&Cs and will abide by them

     

    There is nothing further we can do. If she wants another box, she can pay for it

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I asked repeatedly for a refund or a new box. I don't care what **** says I never got my box and I contacted them and they told me to contact you. Is the flippant when you said that if I wanted another one I would need to purchase one. Absolutely not. You just lost a customer and I will be making sure that people I care to never deal with this company ever again. When a box has been lost or delivered before, it was a breeze  dealing with company. I was home that it was marked delivered and wasn't in mail box.

    I have had a subscription to ******* Brand Share Beauty Box for a couple of years. They charged my bank account without my permission. I am trying to cancel my subscription. I tried calling and no one was able to help. I found their internet site and when I signed in it said my password was incorrect. I tried to change the password but after one attempt I did not receive a confirmation email and they blocked the account saying that there were too many attempts. I want the account cancelled. I don't want to have to change my bank account in order to stop unauthorized charges. Can you please help me?

    After investigating this complaint, I can report that the customer has not written into the customer care desk. Additionally, the customer was charged because she is an Active subscriber and has not cancelled. If she would like to stop receiving boxes she can cancel the subscription by writing to customer care or actioning this in her account. 

     The program only offers support over email. If the customer can email us at ************************************ we can quickly tend to her needs.
