      I had bad internet service. As they go up in price my service gets worse. So the said they will upgrade my service and I will pay less. After service was even worse. I canceled the service and they over charge my account. I called them and they gave me an excuse that makes no sense. I let that slide. No account was closed and they decided to change my account again no I can't get my money back.. people please let's stop giving these companies our account information. They are not does as good as it may seem. They desperate to make any amount of money

      I REQUESTED THAT MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT DATE BE CHANGED UNTIL THE 14 AND WAS TOLD IT WAS APPROVED , AND THEY TOOK A PAYMENT A REFUSED TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , AND NOW MY ACCOUNT IS OVER DRAWN. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WASTE OF TIME.

      Why would you have me go through all the prompts of assuming my issue will be attended to when in the end, THAT DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED
      Foolish automated call service, Verizon this is just absolute bunk

      Constantly over charging. Can only live chat. Can’t talk to anyone in financial office of any kind you get lost in phone tree. Absolutely poor service

      Verizon STOLE my money out of my account without my approval. I had a payment schedule worked out, The account was closed for 3 months, and they withdrew 542.60 from the bank account that I removed from their system months prior....
      VERIZON STOLE MONEY without consent!

      Worst company I’ve ever used . Never got my 300$ sign on e card. They jacked up my bill 10$ because my credit card number changed. I put the new one in there bc my magnetic strip was deactivated. They took me off auto pay even tho the second it denied it . I took the non working one off. I had called them like 5 times over it and before they charged it even. That chat box is a joke.

      Verizon streaming service has been a disaster since November. While streaming on demand, frequently kicked out of the application. When you try to log back in the application you get a message that the sign in information does not match the information they have on file. Even though it may work on one device and not the one sitting right next to it. Over 20 trouble tickets opened and closed with no resolution. Agents say Verizon developers will look at it, then nothing. Verizon states they don’t charge specifically the app, so they don’t actually owe you any level of service or credits. Have spent countless hours on the phone with technical support. Master set top boxes replaced. Not only does no one have a clue, they don’t actually try. They just rest something to push on demand service back to working state or tell you to troubleshoot the password that works fine.
      Currently calling to ask why my login works on one device and the device sitting next to it suddenly can not login using the same password.
      Why does. Verizon get away with selling a package of services and then decide they don’t actually have to support some of those services because it doesn’t have a specific charge on your bill. On demand streaming is part of the package of service I PAY FOR MONTHLY.

      Verizon postponed services sent me to collections but forgot to inform me they did. Dialed up a few weeks my credit score took a dive. When I inquired why it was Verizon. I called their financial/business office to inquire about disputing their charges again since they overcharged me grossly and I was told to call the collection company instead. Problem was they couldn't figure out which one they used for my delinquent account. To date I have no idea what collection agency is and can't pay my debt !!! Horrific company!

      Terrible customer service. Continue to try and keep your chat going to waste your time and do nothing for the customer. Spent 3+ hrs to ask why I am being told I have unpaid charges and all I did was change my due date from the 15th to the 28th. This caused me to have $284 of unpaid charges for delaying the due date. All agents were unhelpful and said they were looking for ways to fix my bill and apply discounts but never did anything. Some even were extremely rude.

      I am being overcharged for my bill. It’s now March 2025 representative stated the reason my bill is high is because I have unpaid charges from June 2024. It’s not clear to me why they would wait 9 months to post an unpaid charges on to my bill. Which isn’t true checking my bank statements Verizon received every payment from me each month. I questioned the representative on proof from the 9 mth old unpaid charges. He couldn’t answer the question.
