      Their customer service, the entire process, is a complete nightmare! They are unprofessional, hard to contact an human, and you feel like your dealing with things at a high school level. I was sent to collections for a mistake on their end and it took several phone calls before a resolution, that I was beyond elated about. then they sent me to collections... Now I’m dealing with that. They were rude, and uncooperative. You get jerked around from departments, they do not keep notes, they do not try to help you as a customer at all. Very disappointing. People should know what they’re dealing with before they sign up.

      Every month I'm charged over triple the amount I agreed to When I call the number they're either closed or I have to deal with AI that doesn't know what I'm talking about and won't put me through to a supervisor Every month when I finally talk to somebody they tell me that their crediting me and they fix the problem and it won't happen again Every month I have to call back and start over again I waste at least a couple hours every month dealing with them Today I got hung up on twice I never received my promotion or my proper price plan Every time I try to log in to my account it says I have been locked out

      Verizon has gone down hill badly. Service is horrible and cant ever get an issue resolved. Paying for a charge that was not my fault. False information from representatives.

      Terrible customer service after 4 years of no issues. And all the sudden they are incompetent and jsut send me from fort to **** and NO resolution. And how can I have an overdue bill when its on autopay?? Nobody can explain

      I had a fraudulent account opened under my name and I had the worst experience with customer service, this is the only creditor that gave me an issue and told me that the account was valid and refused to assist me. I even spoke to a supervisor and he was rude and unprofessional. I will never ever do business with Verizon and I am very disappointed in their customer service team. They made my experience very frustrating and made me feel worse than I already do due to the stress I have been through with my identity being stolen. Horrible horrible company that needs better customer service, I have never done ********************** with them and this will experience showed me to never open an account with them.

      Ive had issues with my billing and have called on the phone and been transferred to six different people tried chatting with them and transferred to six different people to still not have anything resolved. This company is a joke and should be shut down immediately. All they care about is money, money money and they do not care about the consumer. I wish nothing but the worst for them.

      Verizon technician came to install the modem but took my ******** equipment with him. I know have to return the ******** rental equipment but I don’t have it and Verizon claims they can’t find it and I will have to pay for the fees out of pocket.

      Signed up for their fios internet and was offered $200 and $100 gift card reward. Reached out to support 4x via chat on their website since i havent received any communication regarding the gift cards and was told i would get an email about it. Reached out again with chat to follow up since no email was received and was told redemption had already elapsed. Paid my bills on time despite never getting the advertised speeds i signed up for. Even spent 4 hours with technical support diagnosing the issue but never resolved the slow internet. Very disappointing service and bait and switch. If there was option for 0 stars i would choose that.

      I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 13 years — including 10 years on my own Verizon Wireless plan — and have always expected Verizon to stand behind the services I pay for. Unfortunately, my experience with Verizon Fios internet has been extremely disappointing.
      For more than 4 years, I paid for a Verizon Fios plan that advertised 1 Gbps download speeds. In reality, I consistently received no more than 150 Mbps — about 10% of the speed I was promised and paid for. Over this period, I’ve spent nearly $3,000 on service, while receiving only a fraction of that value.
      Throughout these 4 years, I made repeated efforts to resolve the issue. Verizon’s responses were limited to things like “get a new Ethernet cable,” “run a speed test,” or “we’ll send you an extender.” No one offered meaningful assistance until I finally got fed up and insisted on a technician visit. When a technician eventually came (after 4 years of complaints), they identified faulty Verizon equipment as the cause — something that could and should have been addressed much earlier. This is reflected in Verizon’s own records.
      After numerous calls to customer service, I was offered only a $100 gift card or $10 off my bill for 12 months ($120 value). When I escalated the matter to a manager, the best they could offer was $20 off my bill for 12 months ($240 value). I was also told that Verizon “shouldn’t have to go back that far” in their complaint records and that it was my responsibility to press harder for resolution sooner — despite the fact that I repeatedly sought help, as early as 1 year into the plan.
      I am requesting that Verizon fairly reimburse me for the years of subpar service I received due to their faulty equipment — not just offer minimal discounts going forward.
      This experience has been deeply disappointing from a company I’ve stayed loyal to for over a decade. I hope this complaint will encourage Verizon to take appropriate action and finally resolve this matter in good faith.

      Getting in touch with support is near impossible. I have spent an hour and 20 minutes on hold only to have the call dropped. Chats abruptly end once you are connected to an agent. I would gladly pay more for better quality service. In short, it's atrocious.
