    It’s only been a few months but I immediately felt results. My allergies have almost gone away. I found that in situations that should have resulted in feeling miserable there was no reaction. Example: riding in a car that was full of dog hair or being at someone’s house that has a dog. I thought it would take years to feel better.

    My experience with Curex has been amazing. The practitioners are helpful and knowledgeable, they explain my allergies and what to expect with each vial and are available with just a text or email. The testing process was easy and convenient. I didn’t even have to leave my house. I would recommend them to anyone for allergy sublingual treatment

    I'm about 2 months into treatment right now so it's too early to say how well everything works since immunity takes time to build but I've been very happy with the service and communication I have received from Curex. Even with the one incident I had in the initial process someone was there to call me back and help me asap (even though it was in their off hours). Every person i've worked with so far has been very professional and kind.

    I always loved cats and I'm fact grew up with them. However, I also grew up with intense allergies that triggered my asthma if I wasn't careful. Because of this, I spent the last two decades living, sadly, cat free. Now as an adult with kids who want the experience of house pets, I decided to make a change. The allergy test I had through Curex confirmed that I still had a high level of cat allergy, so I proceeded with taking the product and 4 months later am a proud cat momma with next to no allergy symptoms. Thank you, Curex. This was a worthy investment.

    What a nightmare. Not only did my allergies get worse, they charge top without providing adequate services. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of time/money.

    I’ve been with Curex for almost a year and a half. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with anyone or any team that I’ve interacted would. The team is is always reaching out and quick to respond to any inquiries I have. Most recently, we worked through upping my dosage and their team(s) were a pleasure to work with. It sucks to see the negative reviews below! But I can only say good things and have actually recommended a few individuals myself.

    The medical model Curex uses is superior to the vast majority of allergist. The immunotherapy is easy, it's painless, and it's effective. I highly recommend Curex to ANYONE who suffers from allergies!.

    Curex has actually helped my son's allergies in an amazing way, but the company itself is poorly managed. I have been charged several $192 fees for "mandatory consultations" that I was never made aware of. After trying to speak with somebody for almost a year about it, I finally get an email randomly telling me that I would be updated to a different plan that no longer requires these consultations. Again, nothing to prompt this, this is completely out of no where. Next thing I know, I have a new $500 charge that I never authorized. This was 3 weeks after paying the $490 for the year worth of drops. I got in contact with somebody and they were very transparent about the company's lack or internal resources and management, and very understanding of my frustrations. I was told I would receive my refund, but that was almost a month ago now. I also have not received my entire years worth of drops that I have now paid for. Definitely going to be disputing charges and fighting this.

    The Curex Team reached out to this patient regarding their account with us and the update regarding their inquiry.


     We understand the patients frustration and want to ensure clarity regarding our consultation policies. At our practice, it is our commitment to provide comprehensive care to all our patients.

    As part of our standard protocol, each patient is scheduled for a series of six consultations, which are integral to ensuring your health needs are met effectively. Regarding insurance coverage, while we strive to accommodate all patients, unfortunately, we are unable to subsidize individuals whose insurance plans do not cover our services. Our pricing page clearly outlines that patients are responsible for monthly or annual fees, in addition to any applicable copayments as per their insurance plan.It's important to note that our billing procedures align with standard medical practices in *****************.


    We initially billed the patient insurance for each visit, and if coverage is not sufficient, we then bill the patient accordingly. However, we understand the patients situation and want to find a solution that works for the patient . We offered to  adjust the patient copays towards a self-pay plan, effectively reducing the financial responsibilities . For example, the ************* amounts to $336.06, we offered to refund this amount, leaving the patient  with a proper self-pay plan moving forward.


    OUTCOME:This patient was offered a self-pay plan subscription. Patient declined because the patient did not want to have to pay the additional $500 cost to be a part of the self-pay plan. The patient requested to be excluded from the self-pay subscription plan this patient persisted on taking sublingual immunotherapy drops without seeing your provider, which is not permitted in regard to company guideline and HIPPA. Patient wanted to continue using insurance and being under an insurance subscription plan without consulting with the provider.

    The patient received a $500 reimbursement in addition to a partial reimbursement in addition to a partial reimbursement for the $490 subscription plan that they had not used due to their refusal to adhere to the necessary protocols for receiving consultations from our clinical providers under an insurance plan.

    Rest assured, we take all of our patients concerns seriously and are committed to finding a resolution that meets our patients needs.

    Biggest scam in medicine. They charged me $192.44 for a 15 minute call on July 12, 2023 with *************************, a nurse practitioner that did not read my file prior to the call and offered no insights to allergies of any kind.Today, on Jan 5, ****, they finally responded after over 3 months of follow *** after a surprise ****. I have blocked them from using my credit card, noted them as a known SCAM and they still have not deleted my account or data after again, 3 months of follow ***.AVOID THIS "COMPANY"

    This company is incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I had a bad reaction to my immunotherapy drops & when I tried to reach out for an adjustment in the formula, received no response in a week. I then decided to cancel my entire subscription instead & still did not receive a response. Their phone number leads nowhere & often was disconnected. I finally called the number to the pharmacy that fulfills their orders & the pharmacist gave me a number that rang through. I cancelled my subscription & received a response on May 16, 2023 that it was successfully cancelled. Today on November 21, 2023, I was charged $123.18. Fortunately, the charge did get refunded almost immediately, but from day one it has been a bad experience with Curex. I believe they have a decent product & a great mission, but the lack of organization, communication, coordination or a proper customer service chain of command makes it impossible to trust this company.
